日糧蛋白水平對(duì)生長(zhǎng)育肥豬腸道微生物酶活性的影響

【摘要】:為探討日糧粗蛋白(crude protein,CP)水平對(duì)生長(zhǎng)育肥豬腸道微生物胞內(nèi)酶活性的影響,試驗(yàn)分別選擇體質(zhì)量分別為(30±2.54),(60±3.18)kg的杜×長(zhǎng)×大三元雜交豬各18頭,均采用單因子完全隨機(jī)分組設(shè)計(jì)分配到CP為12%,15%,18%和10%,13%,16%的3組日糧中,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭豬。預(yù)試期7d,正試期30d。在正飼期31d,每組隨機(jī)挑選6頭進(jìn)行屠宰,采集各腸段食糜和糞便樣品,研究日糧CP水平對(duì)生長(zhǎng)育肥豬腸道微生物胞內(nèi)酶活性的影響。結(jié)果表明,生長(zhǎng)育肥豬腸道微生物酶活力均具有腸段特異性;日糧CP水平能顯著影響豬腸道微生物硝酸還原酶(P0.05)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(P0.05)、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(P0.05)、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(P0.05)、乳酸脫氫酶(P0.05)、尿素酶(P0.05)及蛋白酶(P0.05)水平;日糧CP水平對(duì)腸道微生物的蛋氨酸、谷氨酸、精氨酸、酪氨酸、色氨酸脫羧酶活力影響顯著(P0.05);日糧CP水平顯著影響腸道微生物酶的活力,是腸道微生物對(duì)氨基酸差異性降解和動(dòng)物對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)利用率低的原因之一。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of dietary crude protein (crude protein,CP) level on the intracellular enzyme activity of intestinal microbes in growing and fattening pigs, 18 DU 脳 Chang 脳 Da three-way crossbred pigs with a body weight of (30 鹵2.54), (60 鹵3.18) kg were selected respectively. All of them were divided into 3 groups with CP of 12 15% and 10 15% and 16% respectively by a single factor complete randomized grouping design. Each group had 6 repeats and 1 pig per replica. The pretest period was 7 days and the current test period was 30 days. On the first day of feeding, 6 pigs in each group were randomly selected for slaughter. The effects of dietary CP level on the intracellular enzyme activity of intestinal microbes in growing and fattening pigs were studied. The results showed that the intestinal microbial enzyme activity of growing and fattening pigs had intestinal segment specificity. Dietary CP levels significantly affected intestinal nitrate reductase (P0.05), glutamine synthase (P0.05), aspartate aminotransferase (P0.05), alanine aminotransferase (P0.05), lactate dehydrogenase (P0.05). The levels of urease (P0.05) and protease (P0.05); Dietary CP levels significantly affected the activities of methionine, glutamate, arginine, tyrosine and tryptophan decarboxylase in intestinal microbes (P0.05). Dietary CP level significantly affected the activity of intestinal microbial enzymes, which was one of the reasons for the different degradation of amino acids by intestinal microbes and the low utilization of protein in animals.
