油茶籽粕反芻動(dòng)物飼料化利用價(jià)值初探

【摘要】:在分析油茶籽粕常規(guī)營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分基礎(chǔ)上,本試驗(yàn)采用體外產(chǎn)氣和尼龍袋技術(shù)對(duì)油茶籽粕瘤胃發(fā)酵和降解特性進(jìn)行了評(píng)定。結(jié)果顯示:(1)油茶籽粕的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、中性洗滌纖維、酸性洗滌纖維、酸性洗滌木質(zhì)素分別為13.1%、8.6%、66.2%、44.5%和25.4%(絕干物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ));油茶籽粕的代謝能為4.30 MJ/kg DM;(2)油茶籽粕在體外發(fā)酵前期(2~12 h)的累積產(chǎn)氣量顯著高于羊草(P0.05),但36 h起油茶籽粕的累積產(chǎn)氣量顯著低于羊草(P0.05)。這與尼龍袋法測(cè)定的干物質(zhì)降解率的變化趨勢(shì)一致,油茶籽粕的干物質(zhì)降解率在24~72 h顯著低于羊草(P0.05),但在前期(3~12 h)二者的干物質(zhì)降解率沒有顯著性差異(P0.05);(3)油茶籽粕25%替代羊草時(shí)不影響潛在產(chǎn)氣量(P0.05),隨替代比例的進(jìn)一步增加(≥50%)慢速產(chǎn)氣量顯著降低(P0.05),但產(chǎn)氣速度顯著增加(P0.05),油茶籽粕25%替代羊草時(shí)不影響丙酸濃度(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明油茶籽粕含有較高的粗蛋白和粗脂肪,油茶籽粕替代羊草可提升全混合飼糧的發(fā)酵速度,提高丙酸所占揮發(fā)性脂肪酸比例;較高含量的木質(zhì)素降低了其營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the conventional nutritional components of Camellia oleifera seed meal, the rumen fermentation and degradation characteristics of Camellia oleifera meal were evaluated by in vitro gas production and nylon bag technology. The results showed that: (1) the crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent lignin of Camellia oleifera seed meal were 13. 1% and 6. 6% respectively. 44.5% and 25.4% (dry material base); Metabolic Energy of Camellia oleifera seed meal is 4.30 MJ/kg DM; (2) the cumulative gas production of Camellia oleifera seed meal at the early stage of in vitro fermentation was significantly higher than that of Leymus chinensis (P0.05), but the cumulative gas production of Camellia oleifera seed meal at 36 h was significantly lower than that of Leymus chinensis (P0.05). The degradation rate of dry matter of Camellia oleifera seed meal was significantly lower than that of Leymus chinensis at 2472 h (P0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the degradation rate of dry matter between the two groups in the early stage (3h) (P0.05).
