【摘要】：目的:中藥既能防治各種動(dòng)物的疾病,還能在動(dòng)物的個(gè)體發(fā)育中促進(jìn)動(dòng)物的生長(zhǎng),還可完善飼草料營養(yǎng)性。近年來,人們對(duì)中草藥的研究越來越多,其藥理作用受到人們廣泛關(guān)注。本研究對(duì)“百病無憂膏”的藥效學(xué)進(jìn)行了研究,為今后“百病無憂膏”在獸醫(yī)臨床的開發(fā)應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。方法:通過建立二甲苯致小鼠耳殼腫脹模型、醋酸腹腔注射致小鼠疼痛模型、家兔骨折模型,觀察了“百病無憂膏”的抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛、促進(jìn)骨折愈合作用效果。結(jié)果:(1)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析表明,阿司匹林組和“百病無憂膏”組均與空白組差異顯著(P0.05),而阿司匹林與“百病無憂膏”之間差異不顯著(P0.05),說明“百病無憂膏”具有明顯的抗炎作用;(2)小鼠腹腔注醋酸,“百病無憂膏”組的鎮(zhèn)痛率為100%(8/8),阿司匹林組的鎮(zhèn)痛率為75%(6/8);(3)X線和組織切片觀察都表明給藥組骨折愈合情況好于空白組,且骨折愈合情況良好。結(jié)論:“百病無憂膏”具有抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛、促進(jìn)骨折愈合的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: Chinese medicine not only can prevent and cure various animal diseases, but also can promote the growth of animals during their ontogeny. In recent years, more and more researches have been made on Chinese herbal medicine, and its pharmacological effect has been paid more and more attention. In this study, the pharmacodynamics of "hundred diseases without worry ointment" was studied, which provided the theoretical basis for the development and application of "hundred diseases without worry ointment" in veterinary clinic. Methods: by establishing the mouse ear shell swelling model induced by xylene, the mice pain model induced by acetic acid intraperitoneal injection, and the rabbit fracture model, the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of "Baijiangshuisui" were observed, and the effect of promoting fracture healing was observed. Results: (1) Statistical analysis showed that, The aspirin group and the "hundred disease free worry" group were significantly different from the blank group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the aspirin and the "hundred disease free worry" group (P0.05), which indicated that the "hundred disease free worry ointment" had obvious anti-inflammatory effect; (2) the mice were injected acetic acid intraperitoneally. The analgesic rate was 100% (8 / 8) and 75% (6 / 8); (_ 3) in the "Baijiangrui" group and 75% (6 / 8); (_ 3) in the aspirin group. The results showed that the fracture healing was better in the treatment group than in the blank group, and the fracture healing was good. Conclusion: 100 disease free-care ointment has the function of anti-inflammation, analgesia and promoting fracture healing.
