多菌株聯(lián)合發(fā)酵玉米秸稈的固態(tài)發(fā)酵條件優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為研究平菇PL-01、黑曲霉M6.300、里氏木霉多菌株聯(lián)合發(fā)酵玉米秸稈的固態(tài)發(fā)酵條件,本試驗對玉米秸稈固態(tài)發(fā)酵過程中原料的初始pH、含水量、發(fā)酵溫度、發(fā)酵時間進行了優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:玉米秸稈固態(tài)發(fā)酵工藝條件為原料初始pH為5.5,原料含水量為65%,發(fā)酵溫度為25℃,發(fā)酵時間為120 h。在最優(yōu)發(fā)酵條件下聯(lián)合發(fā)酵菌株濾紙酶活力(FPA)為13.57 IU/g。
