【摘要】：為評價維他昔布片對貓的安全性,將本地24只健康家貓隨機分為4組,分別為空白組(2 mg/kg)、羅貝考昔對照組(2 mg/kg)、維他昔布1倍推薦劑量組(2 mg/kg)、維他昔布3倍推薦劑量組(6 mg/kg),每組6只,連續(xù)給藥14 d。于給藥前及給藥后7、14 d測定貓的體溫、體重、血常規(guī)及血生化指標(biāo)。試驗結(jié)果表明,給藥前后貓的體溫、體重和臨床表現(xiàn)正常,各試驗組間的血常規(guī)及血生化指標(biāo)無顯著差異性。說明維他昔布片對貓的血液學(xué)變化無顯著性影響,用藥安全。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the safety of Vitacil tablets on cats, 24 local healthy domestic cats were randomly divided into 4 groups. They were blank group (2 mg/kg), robekoxib control group (2 mg/kg), vecoxib 1 times recommended dose group (2 mg/kg) and Vitaxib 3 times recommended dose group (6 mg/kg). Each group (6 rats) was given continuously for 14 days. The body temperature, body weight, blood routine and blood biochemical indexes were measured before and 7 days after administration. The results showed that the body temperature, body weight and clinical manifestations of cats were normal before and after administration of the drug, and there was no significant difference in blood routine and biochemical indexes among the test groups. The results showed that Vitaximab had no significant effect on the hematological changes of cats, and it was safe to use it.
