【摘要】：CRP (C-反應(yīng)蛋白)是一種炎性標(biāo)志物在感染和組織損傷時(shí)血液中快速并急劇升高的主要急性期蛋白之一,是重要的炎性因子。犬CRP的檢測(cè)在國(guó)外獸醫(yī)臨床應(yīng)用比較廣泛。本文通過(guò)對(duì)2014年5月-2015年2月前來(lái)內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教學(xué)獸醫(yī)院就診的患犬進(jìn)行血清CRP測(cè)定,同時(shí)進(jìn)行一般檢查和相關(guān)指標(biāo)的檢測(cè),比較CRP在犬不同疾病中的變化規(guī)律及與癥狀相關(guān)性,分析CRP變化趨勢(shì)對(duì)疾病診斷和預(yù)后的臨床意義,并評(píng)估CRP在圍手術(shù)期的監(jiān)測(cè)價(jià)值。結(jié)果表明,CRP比WBC對(duì)于感染的診斷更為靈敏,可用于細(xì)菌性感染的早期診斷,CRP在各類(lèi)疾病中不受糖皮質(zhì)激素影響,可以準(zhǔn)確反映細(xì)菌感染程度,可用于需要糖皮質(zhì)激素治療的疾病臨床效果的監(jiān)測(cè)；CRP較為敏感,在病毒性疾病繼發(fā)感染早期或經(jīng)生物制劑治療后仍會(huì)升高,可提示臨床配合其他檢測(cè)手段,對(duì)于疾病的診斷起到很大的輔助作用；CRP還可用于術(shù)后恢復(fù)和疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸的預(yù)測(cè),以及監(jiān)測(cè)手術(shù)有無(wú)繼發(fā)感染。
[Abstract]:CRP (C-reactive protein) is one of the most important inflammatory cytokines, which increases rapidly and rapidly in the blood of infected and injured tissues. The detection of canine CRP is widely used in veterinary clinic abroad. In this paper, serum CRP was measured in dogs from May 2014 to February 2015 in the College of Teaching and Veterinary Medicine of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. To compare the changes of CRP in dogs with different diseases and its correlation with symptoms, to analyze the clinical significance of CRP change trend in the diagnosis and prognosis of disease, and to evaluate the monitoring value of CRP in perioperative period. The results showed that CRP was more sensitive than WBC in the diagnosis of bacterial infection and could be used in the early diagnosis of bacterial infection. CRP was not affected by glucocorticoid in all kinds of diseases and could accurately reflect the degree of bacterial infection. It can be used to monitor the clinical effects of diseases requiring glucocorticoid treatment. CRP is more sensitive and can still increase in the early stage of viral diseases secondary infection or after treatment with biological agents. CRP can also be used to predict postoperative recovery and prognosis, and to monitor secondary infection.
