【摘要】：為評(píng)價(jià)豬瘟兔化弱毒疫苗和豬圓環(huán)病毒2型(PCV2)滅活疫苗同時(shí)免疫效果,本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用豬瘟活疫苗(細(xì)胞源)和PCV2滅活疫苗(LG株)兩種疫苗同時(shí)分點(diǎn)注射和混合注射35日齡仔豬,于免疫后間隔3周、5周、7周、9周采血,通過(guò)豬瘟病毒(CSFV)抗體檢測(cè)試劑盒和PCV2抗體檢測(cè)試劑盒進(jìn)行CSFV和PCV2特異性抗體檢測(cè)。結(jié)果顯示,無(wú)論是兩種疫苗同時(shí)頸部?jī)蓚?cè)分點(diǎn)分別注射,還是用PCV2滅活疫苗稀釋CSFV活疫苗后混合免疫,免疫后3周CSFV和PCV2抗體均呈陽(yáng)性,CSFV抗體滴度和PCV2抗體滴度于7周和9周達(dá)到峰值,與各疫苗單獨(dú)免疫對(duì)照組抗體產(chǎn)生時(shí)間和滴度無(wú)明顯差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,兩種疫苗可以同時(shí)注射或采用PCV2滅活疫苗稀釋CSFV活疫苗進(jìn)行免疫,均不影響各自免疫抗體的產(chǎn)生。因此,可以將PCV2滅活疫苗作為CSFV活疫苗的稀釋劑,采用一次性注射的形式同時(shí)接種這兩種疫苗,為簡(jiǎn)化這兩種病臨床疫苗免疫注射方面提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the simultaneous immunization effect of hog fever attenuated rabbit vaccine and porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) inactivated vaccine, live vaccine (cell source) and PCV2 inactivated vaccine (LG strain) were used in this study. Blood samples were collected at intervals of 3 weeks, 5 weeks, 7 weeks and 9 weeks after immunization. CSFV and PCV2 specific antibodies were detected by (CSFV) antibody detection kit and PCV2 antibody detection kit. The results showed that either the two vaccines were injected separately on both sides of the neck at the same time, or the CSFV live vaccine was diluted with PCV2 inactivated vaccine. The antibody titers of CSFV and PCV2 were positive at 3 weeks after immunization. The titer of CSFV antibody and PCV2 antibody reached the peak at 7 weeks and 9 weeks after immunization. There was no significant difference between the antibody production time and titer of each vaccine alone compared with the control group. The results showed that the two vaccines could be injected simultaneously or diluted with PCV2 inactivated vaccine to immunize CSFV live vaccine without affecting the production of their respective immune antibodies. Therefore, the inactivated PCV2 vaccine can be used as the diluent of CSFV live vaccine, and the two vaccines can be inoculated simultaneously by one-off injection, which provides the experimental basis for simplifying the clinical immunization of the two diseases.
