卷心菜漿液對肉雞生長性能、血液生化指標和免疫器官指數(shù)的影響

【摘要】:試驗旨在研究飼料中添加不同劑量的卷心菜漿液對肉雞生長性能、血液生化指標和免疫器官指數(shù)的影響。試驗選取健康、體重相近的1日齡肉仔雞200只,隨機分為4組,每組5個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)10只雞。對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,試驗Ⅰ、Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組分別在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加10、15、20 g/kg卷心菜漿液,試驗期42 d。于試驗第21、42天分別稱重、計算采食量,采集血樣測定血液生化指標,采集胸腺、脾臟、法氏囊稱重計算免疫器官指數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:與對照組相比,試驗Ⅲ組22~42 d采食量、日增重顯著提高(P0.05),試驗Ⅲ組42 d體重顯著提高(P0.05);與對照組相比,試驗Ⅲ組1~21 d胸腺、脾臟指數(shù)顯著提高(P0.05),試驗Ⅲ組22~42 d胸腺指數(shù)顯著提高(P0.05);試驗Ⅲ組1~21 d血清堿性磷酸酶活力、高密度脂蛋白含量顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。本試驗條件下,卷心菜漿液可提高肉雞22~42 d日增重,提高肉雞42 d出欄體重,提高肉雞1~21 d胸腺、脾臟指數(shù),以20 g/kg添加劑量效果顯著。
