【摘要】：以仔豬小腸上皮細(xì)胞為模型,應(yīng)用實(shí)時熒光定量PCR方法測定相關(guān)基因指標(biāo),研究刺五加苷B(EB)對仔豬小腸上皮(IPEC-J2)細(xì)胞緊密連接蛋白及炎性細(xì)胞因子mRNA表達(dá)量的影響。結(jié)果表明:0.1 mg/m L刺五加苷B顯著增強(qiáng)腸道細(xì)胞緊密連接蛋白Occludin、Claudin-3、ZO-1和抗炎性細(xì)胞因子IL-10和TGF-β的mRNA表達(dá)量,且減弱促炎性細(xì)胞因子IL-6、TNF-α、INF-γ的mRNA表達(dá)量。說明刺五加苷B可通過改變細(xì)胞間緊密連接蛋白和細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá)從而對維持腸道屏障功能的完整性起到促進(jìn)作用,有益于仔豬腸道的健康發(fā)育。
[Abstract]:The effects of Acanthopanax senticosus (B (EB) on the expression of tight connexin and inflammatory cytokines (mRNA) in small intestinal epithelial (IPEC-J2) cells of piglets were studied by real-time quantitative PCR. The results showed that Acanthopanax senticosus B significantly increased the mRNA expression of tight junction protein (Occludin,Claudin-3,ZO-1) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-10 and TGF- 尾) in intestinal cells, and decreased the mRNA expression of IL-6,TNF- 偽 and INF- 緯. It was suggested that Acanthopanax senticosus B could promote the integrity of intestinal barrier by changing the expression of intercellular tight junction protein and cytokines, which was beneficial to the healthy development of intestinal tract of piglets.
