妊娠期消化能、蛋白質(zhì)水平對母兔繁殖和泌乳的影響

【摘要】:為了研究不同水平的消化能、蛋白質(zhì)日糧對妊娠期母兔繁殖性能和泌乳力的影響,試驗選擇健康、體況相近的經(jīng)產(chǎn)新西蘭母兔100只,隨機分為5組,每組20只,妊娠后分別飼喂標準(DE10.33 MJ/kg、CP 15.54%)、低消化能低蛋白質(zhì)(DE 9.30 MJ/kg、CP 13.44%,簡稱低能低蛋)、低消化能高蛋白質(zhì)(DE 9.40 MJ/kg、CP 18.63%,簡稱低能高蛋)、高消化能低蛋白質(zhì)(DE 11.15 MJ/kg、CP13.74%,簡稱高能低蛋)、高消化能高蛋白質(zhì)(DE 11.18 MJ/kg、CP 18.83%,簡稱高能高蛋)的日糧,分娩后測定繁殖性能相關指標。結果表明:營養(yǎng)水平對母兔血清中卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黃體素(LH)及斷奶存活率、產(chǎn)仔數(shù)和產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)影響差異不顯著(P0.05)。低能低蛋組血清雌二醇(E2)含量顯著或極顯著高于其他試驗組(P0.05或P0.01)。高蛋白質(zhì)組母兔血清胰島素樣生長因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)的含量極顯著高于標準組(P0.01),標準組顯著高于低蛋白質(zhì)組(P0.05)。低能低蛋組母兔血清中催乳素(PRL)含量顯著低于其他組(P0.05),低能低蛋組母兔產(chǎn)活仔率顯著低于低能高蛋組(P0.05),斷奶存活率各組差異不顯著(P0.05)。說明妊娠期母兔蛋白質(zhì)水平對母兔和仔兔的影響比消化能水平更顯著,以高消化能高蛋白質(zhì)(DE 11.18 MJ/kg、CP 18.83%)為最佳。
