【摘要】：益生菌/益生元具有調(diào)節(jié)胃腸(GI)菌群平衡及活動的能力,能夠顯著地影響家畜腸道內(nèi)菌群的結構和活動,使有益菌(主要是乳酸菌)占有生態(tài)位,成為優(yōu)勢菌群,抑制霉菌生長和霉菌毒素的產(chǎn)生。飼喂益生菌后,牛腸道中的菌群呈現(xiàn)多樣性,群落的復雜程度增高,牛腸道菌群的微生態(tài)穩(wěn)定性增強。低聚麥芽糖、低聚半乳糖等益生元則能不同程度的被有益菌分解利用,作為有益菌的生長促進劑,發(fā)揮其益生作用。目前,益生菌/益生元已被廣泛應用于食品、醫(yī)藥保健和飼料等各個領域。隨著對其深入的了解和成熟的市場或產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展,益生菌/益生元的應用前景很好。
[Abstract]:Probiotics / probiotics have the ability of regulating the balance and activity of gastrointestinal (GI) flora, which can significantly affect the structure and activity of intestinal flora of domestic animals, and make beneficial bacteria (mainly lactic acid bacteria) occupy niche and become dominant flora. Inhibition of mold growth and mycotoxin production. After feeding probiotics, the flora of cattle intestinal tract showed diversity, the complexity of the community increased, and the microecological stability of bovine intestinal microflora increased. The probiotics, such as maltose and galactose, can be decomposed and utilized by beneficial bacteria to some extent, and can be used as growth promoters of beneficial bacteria. At present, probiotics / probiotics have been widely used in food, medicine, health care and feed. With its deep understanding and mature market or industrial development, probiotics / probiotics have a good application prospect.
