【摘要】：隨著反芻動物新蛋白質(zhì)體系的提出,氨基酸營養(yǎng)研究隨之進入嶄新的局面。尤其是針對蛋白質(zhì)、限制性氨基酸和肽的代謝,合理搭配日糧氨基酸,以及提高飼料蛋白質(zhì)消化率和氮利用率成為反芻動物營養(yǎng)研究領域的新熱點。本文綜述了反芻動物瘤胃微生物在不同日糧條件下的氨基酸限制性順序,限制性氨基酸的研究方法,理想的氨基酸模式,蛋氨酸與賴氨酸的代謝機理,以及限制性氨基酸代謝的影響因素,旨在為揭示反芻家畜瘤胃微生物限制性氨基酸代謝機理,建立調(diào)控反芻家畜氨基酸高效利用的營養(yǎng)技術方案提供理論依據(jù)和技術支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of new protein system in ruminants, the study of amino acid nutrition has entered a new situation. Especially for the metabolism of protein, restricted amino acids and peptides, the rational allocation of dietary amino acids and the improvement of protein digestibility and nitrogen utilization efficiency of feed have become a new research hotspot in the field of nutrition of ruminants. This paper reviewed the amino acid restriction sequence of rumen microorganisms in ruminants under different dietary conditions, the research methods of limiting amino acids, the ideal amino acid patterns, and the metabolic mechanism of methionine and lysine. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical basis and technical support for revealing the mechanism of limiting amino acid metabolism of rumen microbes in ruminant livestock and for establishing a nutritive scheme to regulate the efficient utilization of amino acids in ruminant livestock.
