甘蔗提取物對(duì)夏季高溫環(huán)境下育肥豬生長(zhǎng)性能的影響

【摘要】:旨在探究日糧添加甘蔗提取物(SCE)對(duì)夏季高溫環(huán)境下育肥豬生長(zhǎng)性能的影響。試驗(yàn)選擇120頭初始體重為(70±5.0)kg健康的"杜×長(zhǎng)×嘉"育肥豬,隨機(jī)分為2組,每組4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)15頭,分別飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧(對(duì)照組)和添加SCE的試驗(yàn)日糧(試驗(yàn)組),試驗(yàn)組每周前3 d連續(xù)飼喂含1.5%SCE的日糧,后4 d飼喂正常日糧,在夏季高溫環(huán)境下飼喂4周后結(jié)束試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組末重和平均日采食量分別顯著增加3.90%和7.88%(P0.05),平均日增重增加13.79%(P=0.06),血清丙二醛含量顯著降低(P0.05),十二指腸絨毛高度與隱窩深度比值顯著提高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在夏季高溫環(huán)境下,日糧中添加SCE能提高育肥豬生長(zhǎng)性能,改善小腸黏膜上皮形態(tài),降低機(jī)體內(nèi)脂質(zhì)過氧化水平。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary sugar cane extract (SCE) on growth performance of fattening pigs under high temperature in summer. 120 healthy "du 脳 Chang 脳 Jia" fattening pigs with an initial weight of (70 鹵5.0) kg were randomly divided into 2 groups, 4 replicates in each group and 15 in each group. The basal diet (control group) and the experimental diet supplemented with SCE (experimental group) were fed with the diet containing 1.5%SCE 3 days before the week and the normal diet on the last 4 days. The experiment was completed after 4 weeks of high temperature environment in summer. The results showed that compared with the control group, the end weight and average daily intake of the experimental group increased by 3.90% and 7.88% (P0.05), the average daily gain increased 13.79% (P0.06), the content of serum malondialdehyde decreased significantly (P0.05), and the ratio of the height of duodenal villi to the depth of crypt increased significantly (P0.05). Conclusion: under high temperature in summer, dietary supplementation of SCE can improve the growth performance of fattening pigs, improve the morphology of intestinal mucosal epithelium and decrease the level of lipid peroxidation in the body.
