【摘要】：為了研究從牛的瘤胃內(nèi)容物中經(jīng)過(guò)分離、篩選、鑒定得到一株枯草芽孢桿菌YB-6,試驗(yàn)對(duì)該菌株的生理生化特性、16S rDNA基因序列同源性、產(chǎn)酶特性、耐受能力、抗生素敏感性及對(duì)致病菌的抑菌能力和發(fā)酵工藝進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:枯草芽孢桿菌YB-6是一株生物學(xué)特性良好、抗逆性強(qiáng)的益生菌株,同時(shí)通過(guò)工藝優(yōu)化,發(fā)酵活菌數(shù)與原有工藝比較提高了142.8%。
[Abstract]:A Bacillus subtilis strain YB-6 was isolated from rumen contents of cattle and identified. The physiological and biochemical characteristics, 16S rDNA gene sequence homology, enzyme production characteristics, tolerance, antibiotic sensitivity, bacteriostasis and fermentation technology of the strain were studied. Bacillus YB-6 is a probiotic strain with good biological characteristics and strong stress resistance. Compared with the original fermentation process, the number of viable bacteria increased by 142.8%.
