【摘要】：本文介紹了福建省廈門(mén)市的養(yǎng)羊業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,以及當(dāng)?shù)貙?duì)羊肉產(chǎn)品的需求與消費(fèi)特色。提出了在廈門(mén)種植區(qū)域里,選擇適合于南方養(yǎng)殖的湖羊、小尾寒羊等多胎、高產(chǎn)品種進(jìn)行規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖,并將全舍飼模式養(yǎng)羊與農(nóng)作物秸稈的綜合利用結(jié)合起來(lái),可以大幅度增加羊只存欄數(shù)的建議。按目前該市擁有的耕地及秸稈等農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的總量估算,廈門(mén)的羊只存欄量可以達(dá)到3~5萬(wàn)只左右,足以滿足當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)20%~30%的羊肉產(chǎn)品需要。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the present situation of sheep farming in Xiamen, Fujian Province, and the local demand and consumption characteristics of mutton products. It is suggested that in Xiamen planting area, Hu sheep and small tail Han sheep, which are suitable for breeding in the south, should be selected for large-scale breeding, and the comprehensive utilization of sheep and crop straw should be combined with the whole house feeding model. The suggestion that you can significantly increase the number of sheep left in the column. According to the total amount of cultivated land and straw and other agricultural and sideline products in Xiamen at present, the stock of sheep in Xiamen can reach about 350 000, enough to meet the needs of 20% or 30% mutton products in the local market.
