延邊黃牛ANGPTL4基因組織表達規(guī)律與肌內(nèi)脂肪沉積相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:為分析ANGPTL4基因在延邊黃牛各組織中的表達差異,進一步探討該基因在肌內(nèi)脂肪沉積中的作用,本實驗利用q RT-PCR法比較分析了ANGPTL4基因在延邊黃牛7個組織(心、肝、脾、肺、腎、背最長肌和后腿肌)中的表達水平及其與肌內(nèi)脂肪沉積的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明:ANGPTL4基因在7個組織中表達水平從高到低依次為肝、肺、腎、心、脾、背最長肌和后腿肌,肝中表達量極顯著高于心、脾、肺、腎、后腿肌和背最長肌組織(P0.01),肺中表達量顯著高于心、脾、腎、后腿肌和背最長肌組織(P0.05);背最長肌中ANGPTL4基因的表達量與背最長肌的IMF含量呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05),相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.924;ANGPTL4基因在后腿肌的表達量與后腿肌的IMF含量呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05),相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.998。結(jié)果顯示,ANGPTL4基因影響延邊黃牛肌內(nèi)脂肪沉積。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the difference of expression of ANGPTL4 gene in the tissues of Yanbian cattle, and to explore the role of ANGPTL4 gene in intramuscular fat deposition, ANGPTL4 gene was compared in seven tissues (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney) of Yanbian cattle by using Q RT-PCR method. The expression level of longissimus dorsi and hind leg muscle and its correlation with intramuscular fat deposition. The results showed that the expression levels of the gene in liver, lung, kidney, heart, spleen, longissimus dorsi and hind leg were significantly higher than those in heart, spleen, lung and kidney. The expression in the lung was significantly higher than that in the heart, spleen and kidney (P0.01) in the hind leg muscle and the longissimus dorsi muscle (P0.01). The expression of ANGPTL4 gene in the longissimus dorsi muscle was positively correlated with the IMF content of the longissimus dorsi muscle (P0.05), the correlation coefficient was 0.924 ANGPTL4 gene expression in the leg muscle and the IMF content in the hind leg muscle (P0.05), the correlation coefficient was 0.998. The results showed that ANGPTL 4 gene affected intramuscular fat deposition in Yanbian cattle.
