【摘要】：為了了解引起奶牛乳房炎的金黃色葡萄球菌分離株的耐藥性及其分子流行病學(xué)特征,本研究采用紙片擴散法檢測臨床分離的71株金黃色葡萄球菌的耐藥特性,并對耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)進行判定;應(yīng)用多重PCR方法對MRSA進行SCCmec分型。結(jié)果顯示:在新疆地區(qū)71株金黃色葡萄球菌臨床分離株中共檢出13株MRSA,檢出率為18.3%;金黃色葡萄球菌對呋喃妥因、利福平100%敏感,MRSA對頭孢類、氟喹諾酮類和大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類抗菌藥物的耐藥率明顯高于甲氧西林敏感金黃色葡萄球菌(methicillin sensitive staphylococcus aureus,MSSA);MRSA的SCCmec基因型共以SCCmecⅠ和SCCmecⅣa型為主,均占76.9%,另外,1株MRSA僅有1種SCCmecⅢ型,1株MRSA有SCCmecⅠ、SCCmecⅢ和SCCmecⅣa型。本研究結(jié)果表明,MRSA耐藥性多樣,新疆地區(qū)MRSA主要流行株為SCCmecⅠ和SCCmecⅣa型。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the drug resistance and molecular epidemiological characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus isolates causing mastitis in dairy cattle, the drug resistance of 71 clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus was detected by disk diffusion method. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus,MRSA) was identified and SCCmec typing of MRSA was performed by multiple PCR method. The results showed that 13 strains of MRSA, were detected in 71 clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus in Xinjiang area, the sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus to furantoin and rifampicin was 100% to cephalosporins, and the positive rate of Staphylococcus aureus to furantoin and rifampicin was 100%. The resistant rates of fluoroquinolones and macrolides were significantly higher than those of methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (methicillin sensitive staphylococcus aureus,MSSA).
