【摘要】：初乳、常乳、廢乳經(jīng)65℃30min巴氏消毒法、72℃15s巴氏消毒法、100℃瞬間煮沸法處理后,進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)物理化、體細(xì)胞數(shù)、細(xì)菌數(shù)檢測(cè)和牛乳免疫球蛋白檢測(cè)。72℃15s巴氏消毒法處理的初乳、常乳、廢乳營(yíng)養(yǎng)物指標(biāo)最接近于未經(jīng)處理的乳樣指標(biāo),體細(xì)胞數(shù)、細(xì)菌數(shù)達(dá)國(guó)標(biāo)或優(yōu)于國(guó)標(biāo),但高于65℃30min巴氏消毒法處理的乳樣和100℃瞬間煮沸法處理的乳樣。用經(jīng)72℃15s巴氏消毒法處理的初乳、廢乳與不經(jīng)任何消毒處理的初乳、廢乳作飼喂?fàn)倥１容^試驗(yàn),前者在30d內(nèi)平均日增量、腹瀉發(fā)生方面均優(yōu)于后者。
