【摘要】：在抗生素導(dǎo)致的藥物殘留、耐藥性等問題日益嚴(yán)重的現(xiàn)狀上,中草藥具有來源天然性、功能多樣性、毒副作用小、藥物殘留少的特點(diǎn)已呈現(xiàn)出它的優(yōu)勢(shì),作為抗生素替代品研究和開發(fā)將是今后飼料添加劑發(fā)展的方向,具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。中草藥添加劑對(duì)獺兔哺乳性能的影響本試驗(yàn)研究日糧添加不同水平的中草藥添加劑對(duì)獺兔哺乳性能的影響。試驗(yàn)選取126只母兔,分為基礎(chǔ)日糧組、2%中草藥添加量組和4%中草藥添加量組,每組42個(gè)重復(fù)。檢測(cè)其產(chǎn)仔性能及分娩第0 d、14 d和28d的泌乳量,并計(jì)算飼料成本。結(jié)果表明,隨著中草藥添加量的增加,斷奶仔兔成活率逐漸提高,但差異不顯著(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)中2%中草藥添加劑成本約0.243元/只/日。綜合各指標(biāo)得出2%添加量中草藥配方能顯著提高母兔泌乳力及仔兔斷奶成活率。中草藥添加劑對(duì)哺乳獺兔繁殖成活率的影響本試驗(yàn)旨在研究獺兔日糧中添加不同配方的中草藥添加劑對(duì)不同繁殖模式下的哺乳獺兔受胎率、泌乳情況和產(chǎn)仔性能及飼養(yǎng)成本的影響。選取兔場(chǎng)健康、體況接近的妊娠獺兔,按照42d、49d和56d三種繁殖模式進(jìn)行飼養(yǎng)管理,每種繁殖模式下分為基礎(chǔ)日糧組、中草藥配方Ⅰ、配方Ⅱ、配方Ⅲ組,每組10個(gè)重復(fù),中草藥添加劑量為日糧總量的2%。根據(jù)其所處繁殖模式不同,在產(chǎn)后間隔不同時(shí)間及時(shí)配種,摸胎檢測(cè)其受胎情況,統(tǒng)計(jì)受胎率,記錄窩產(chǎn)仔數(shù)和分娩第0d、7d、14d、21d和28d的泌乳量,并計(jì)算飼料成本。結(jié)果表明,在42d繁殖模式下,各中草藥配方組與基礎(chǔ)日糧組受胎率差異不顯著(P0.05);在49d繁殖模式下,以補(bǔ)腎為特征的配方Ⅲ組的受胎率顯著高于其他3組(P0.05);在56天繁殖模式下,中草藥配方Ⅲ組的受胎率顯著高于基礎(chǔ)日糧對(duì)照組和以活血為特征的配方Ⅱ組(P0.05),以補(bǔ)血為特征的中草藥配方Ⅰ組的受胎率相比基礎(chǔ)日糧對(duì)照組有提高但差異不顯著(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)中各繁殖模式下,各處理獺兔產(chǎn)仔數(shù)和泌乳量差異均不顯著(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)中以補(bǔ)腎為特征設(shè)計(jì)的中草藥添加劑配方Ⅲ對(duì)促進(jìn)獺兔產(chǎn)后恢復(fù)效果最好,配種受胎率最高,成本約0.235元/只/日。
[Abstract]:In the current situation of drug residues and drug resistance caused by antibiotics, Chinese herbal medicines have the characteristics of natural origin, diversity of function, less toxic side effects, less drug residues and so on. As a substitute for antibiotics, the research and development of feed additives in the future will be the direction of development, and have a broad application prospects. Effects of Chinese Herbal Additives on Lactation performance of Rex Rabbits the effect of different levels of Chinese Herbal Additives on Lactation performance of Rex Rabbits was studied. 126 female rabbits were divided into 2% and 4% Chinese herbal medicine supplementation groups with 42 repeats in each group.
