發(fā)酵豆粕作為仔豬飼糧主要蛋白源的飼喂效果

【摘要】:微生物發(fā)酵法能夠降低豆粕中抗?fàn)I養(yǎng)因子、增加小肽的含量,提高動(dòng)物對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)飼料的利用效率,被廣泛應(yīng)用在動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)中。發(fā)酵豆粕在飼糧中的應(yīng)用效果也越來(lái)越受到更多學(xué)者的關(guān)注,但其效果會(huì)受到發(fā)酵菌種和工藝的限制,本實(shí)驗(yàn)室也對(duì)此進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究,篩選出了適于應(yīng)用于動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)的豆粕發(fā)酵特異性菌種,但用該菌種發(fā)酵的產(chǎn)品在動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)上的飼喂效果如何還尚未研究。因此,本試驗(yàn)選取24頭9.80±0.71 kg,28d斷奶、健康狀況良好以及遺傳背景相同的杜洛克×長(zhǎng)白×大白三元雜交仔豬做動(dòng)物試驗(yàn),預(yù)飼期7天,正式期28天后屠宰。公、母仔豬分別采用隨機(jī)區(qū)組試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)分為4個(gè)處理組后綜合,每個(gè)處理組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭豬。飼喂常規(guī)玉米-豆粕魚粉型(對(duì)照組)、商業(yè)發(fā)酵豆粕部分取代型(試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組,取代對(duì)照組70%的動(dòng)物性蛋白)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)酵豆粕部分取代型(試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組,取代對(duì)照組70%的動(dòng)物性蛋白)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)酵豆粕完全取代型(試驗(yàn)Ⅲ組,取代對(duì)照組100%的動(dòng)物性蛋白)四種日糧。從生長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)、血液指標(biāo)、消化指標(biāo)入手,揭示實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)酵豆粕具有替代動(dòng)物性蛋白的功效,探討高效發(fā)酵豆粕對(duì)仔豬的飼喂效果,為其在仔豬飼糧中的應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)依據(jù)和發(fā)展空間。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果如下:1、發(fā)酵豆粕部分取代動(dòng)物性蛋白能夠提高仔豬平均日增重、日采食量,降低料重比等生長(zhǎng)性能指標(biāo)。提高總蛋白、白蛋白,降低血清尿素氮等血液生化指標(biāo)。且試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組略優(yōu)于試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組,但差異不顯著(P0.05)。2、干物質(zhì)和粗蛋白表觀消化率各試驗(yàn)組結(jié)果次序一致,從高到低的順序依次為試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組、試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組、對(duì)照組、試驗(yàn)Ⅲ組。氮沉積和蛋白質(zhì)凈利用率試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組最高,略高于對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組,但在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上差異不顯著(P0.05)。3、消化道內(nèi)各段(從前到后)蛋白質(zhì)和AA消化率基本呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì),吸收的主要部位在空腸后段和回腸。另外,試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組蛋白質(zhì)消化率在空腸前段-中段上升幅度最大,AA消化率在空腸中段-后段上升幅度最大。4、酸溶蛋白含量在小腸各段(從前到后)呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的趨勢(shì),試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組在空腸中段最高,顯著高于對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組,分別為7.28%(P0.05)和6.55%(P0.05)。且在空腸中段-回腸下降幅度最大。大分子蛋白含量趨勢(shì)則反之,試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組在空腸后段最低。試驗(yàn)Ⅲ組相對(duì)于其它試驗(yàn)組,大分子蛋白含量偏高。綜上所述,發(fā)酵豆粕可以70%取代動(dòng)物性蛋白添加在仔豬飼糧中,且實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)酵豆粕效果略優(yōu)于商品發(fā)酵豆粕,這一結(jié)果可以為今后的仔豬生產(chǎn)降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。然而,從本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果來(lái)看,100%取代組試驗(yàn)結(jié)果并不理想,因此不能夠簡(jiǎn)單的進(jìn)行完全替代,其中的具體作用機(jī)制還有待研究。
[Abstract]:Microbial fermentation can reduce the anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal, increase the content of small peptides and improve the utilization efficiency of animal protein feed. It has been widely used in animal production. More and more scholars pay more and more attention to the application effect of fermented soybean meal in diet, but its effect will be limited by fermentation bacteria and technology. The specific strain of soybean meal fermentation was selected for animal production, but the effect of the fermentation product on animal production has not been studied.
