不同精料補(bǔ)充料對(duì)梅花鹿生產(chǎn)性能的影響

【摘要】:本論文通過飼喂不同的精料補(bǔ)充料,研究對(duì)梅花鹿各營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化率、血清生化指標(biāo)及生產(chǎn)性能的影響,確定梅花鹿精飼料理想飼料配比添加水平,為梅花鹿日糧配制及其科學(xué)飼養(yǎng)提供理論依據(jù)。試驗(yàn)一:從2013年7月15日到2013年8月30日于吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)鹿場(chǎng),進(jìn)行育成期母鹿不同精料補(bǔ)充料的飼養(yǎng)和消化試驗(yàn)。本試驗(yàn)選用吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)鹿場(chǎng)、吉林雙陽鹿業(yè)良種繁育有限公司、長春雙陽區(qū)虹橋鹿業(yè)有限公司精飼料為基礎(chǔ)日糧,選取健康、1周歲齡、體重接近的育成期母鹿21頭。隨機(jī)分為A、B、C 3組,分別飼喂三種不同配方的飼料。試驗(yàn)后期進(jìn)行為期7d的消化試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果如下:1.不同的精料補(bǔ)充料對(duì)育成期母鹿干物質(zhì)的采食量,A、B、C 3組間差異顯著(P0.05),C組(高蛋白組)最高;2.不同的精料補(bǔ)充料對(duì)育成期母鹿干物質(zhì)、粗脂肪、粗纖維消化率的影響不顯著(P0.05),粗蛋白消化率,C組顯著高于A、B組(P0.05)。鈣、磷攝入量C組B組A組;3.不同的精料補(bǔ)充料對(duì)育成期梅花母鹿日增重差異顯著(P0.05),C組平均日增重最大為118.50g。試驗(yàn)二:從2014年6月10日-2014年7月17日分別于吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)鹿場(chǎng)、吉林省雙陽鹿業(yè)良種繁育有限公司、長春市雙陽區(qū)虹橋鹿業(yè)有限公司進(jìn)行生茸期公鹿不同配比精飼料的飼養(yǎng)和消化試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)鹿分別選用48頭、45頭、48頭體重接近的4-5歲雄性梅花鹿,各分3圈飼養(yǎng)。采集樣本,分析在不同精料補(bǔ)充料配方下,公鹿?fàn)I養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化率、血液相關(guān)生化指標(biāo)和產(chǎn)茸量的差異。結(jié)果如下:1.不同精料補(bǔ)充料對(duì)生茸期梅花公鹿干物質(zhì)及有機(jī)物的采食量影響顯著(P0.05),其中Ⅱ組最高;2.不同精料補(bǔ)充料對(duì)生茸期梅花鹿干物質(zhì)消化率、粗蛋白消化率均影響顯著(P0.05),且Ⅱ組Ⅰ組Ⅲ組。3.不同精料補(bǔ)充料對(duì)生茸期梅花公鹿血清中總蛋白以及尿素氮濃度影響顯著(P0.05);日糧蛋白質(zhì)水平與血清尿素氮濃度關(guān)系密切。4.不同精料補(bǔ)充料對(duì)公鹿的產(chǎn)茸量無顯著影響(P0.05),本試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)范圍內(nèi),Ⅱ組(低能高蛋白組)最高。綜上,在本試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)范圍內(nèi),育成期梅花鹿母鹿精料補(bǔ)充料適宜的蛋白質(zhì)水平為21.43%,生茸期梅花鹿公鹿采用粗蛋白含量20.05%、能量16.74MJ?kg-1的精料補(bǔ)充料配方時(shí),生產(chǎn)性能最佳。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of different concentrate supplements on the digestibility of nutrients, serum biochemical indexes and production performance of sika deer were studied, and the ideal feed proportion of sika deer concentrate was determined. To provide theoretical basis for ration preparation and scientific feeding of sika deer. Experiment 1: from July 15, 2013 to August 30, 2013, the feeding and digestion experiments of different concentrate supplements for female deer were carried out in Luchang, Jilin Agricultural University. In this experiment, Jilin Agricultural University Luchang, Jilin Shuangyang Deer Industry breeding Co., Ltd., Changchun Shuangyang District Hongqiao Deer Industry Co., Ltd. The effects of different concentrate supplementation on dry matter crude fat and crude fiber digestibility were not significant (P0.05). The crude protein digestibility of group C was significantly higher than that of group A (P0.05). Calcium and phosphorus intake group C group B group A group 3. The average daily gain (ADG) of group C was 118.50 g. Experiment two: from June 10, 2014 to July 17, 2014 at Luchang, Jilin Agricultural University, Jilin Shuangyang Deer breeding Co., Ltd. The experiment of feeding and digesting of different ratio concentrate of male deer in antler stage was carried out in Hongqiao Deer Industry Co., Ltd., Shuangyang District, Changchun City. Forty-five male sika deer of 4-5 years old were selected and fed in 3 turns. The differences of nutritional digestibility, blood biochemical indexes and antler production of male deer under different concentrate supplement formula were analyzed. The result is as follows: 1.
