【摘要】：體外培養(yǎng)法作為反芻動物營養(yǎng)學研究的重要方法,主要有批次培養(yǎng)法和連續(xù)培養(yǎng)法兩種。由于連續(xù)培養(yǎng)法能夠更好地模擬瘤胃內(nèi)發(fā)酵情況,其應(yīng)用也更為廣泛。但連續(xù)培養(yǎng)瘤胃模擬裝置的主要運行參數(shù)多,如溫度、pH、稀釋率、緩沖液與瘤胃液接種比、攪拌速率與方式等,且不同運行參數(shù)設(shè)置以及參數(shù)的組合對試驗結(jié)果影響較大,因此作者在總結(jié)前人研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,就不同工作參數(shù)對連續(xù)培養(yǎng)瘤胃模擬發(fā)酵過程中揮發(fā)性脂肪酸、干物質(zhì)消失率、pH、酶活、原蟲數(shù)量、微生物蛋白等指標的影響進行了綜述。
[Abstract]:As an important method in the study of ruminant nutrition in vitro, there are two main methods: batch culture method and continuous culture method. As continuous culture method can better simulate rumen fermentation, its application is more extensive. However, the main operating parameters of continuous culture rumen simulator are as follows: temperature, pH, dilution ratio, inoculation ratio of buffer to rumen fluid, stirring rate and method, and the setting of different operating parameters and the combination of parameters have great influence on the test results. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing the results of previous studies, the authors studied the effects of different working parameters on volatile fatty acids, dry matter disappearance rate (pH), enzyme activity and protozoa number during continuous rumen fermentation. The effects of microbial protein and other indexes were reviewed.
