動物宿主microRNAs抗病毒作用機制研究進展

【摘要】:microRNAs(miRNAs)是一種長度為22nt的非編碼RNA分子,能夠結(jié)合mRNA,影響翻譯效率,調(diào)控蛋白的表達。近來多項研究表明,動物宿主miRNAs通過多種機制抑制病毒的復制,如直接靶向病毒基因、干擾病毒復制所需因子、調(diào)節(jié)先天性免疫、調(diào)節(jié)細胞凋亡、調(diào)節(jié)細胞免疫,發(fā)揮抗病毒效應(yīng)。本文歸納總結(jié)宿主miRNAs對病毒復制的調(diào)控機制,討論miRNAs類抗病毒藥物的應(yīng)用情況,并展望該類藥物的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:MicroRNAs (miRNAs) is a non-coding RNA molecule with length of 22nt, which can bind to mRNAs, affect translation efficiency and regulate the expression of proteins. A number of recent studies have shown that animal host miRNAs inhibits viral replication through a variety of mechanisms, such as direct targeting of virus genes, interfering with the factors required for viral replication, regulating innate immunity, regulating cell apoptosis, and regulating cellular immunity. Give play to the antiviral effect. In this paper, the mechanism of host miRNAs regulating virus replication is summarized, the application of miRNAs antiviral drugs is discussed, and the development trend of this kind of drugs is prospected.
