【摘要】：為了探討不同品種、采精年份、季節(jié)、年齡、頻次、采精人員對(duì)公牛精液品質(zhì)的影響規(guī)律以及各體尺與精液品質(zhì)之間的相關(guān)性,本文對(duì)種公牛精液生產(chǎn)性能記錄進(jìn)行了分析研究,以便在生產(chǎn)中采取相應(yīng)的技術(shù)措施,從而極大的改善種公牛的飼養(yǎng)管理?xiàng)l件以及增加冷凍精液的生產(chǎn)量和精液品質(zhì)。1.利用新疆天山畜牧種公牛站的種公牛精液生產(chǎn)性能記錄從2008~2014年共105257條數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)可能影響種公牛精液品質(zhì)的6個(gè)因素—品種、采精年份、季節(jié)、年齡、頻次、采精人員進(jìn)行了最小二乘分析,并利用Duncan氏進(jìn)行了多重比較。結(jié)果表明:品種、采精年份、季節(jié)、年齡、頻次、采精人員等6個(gè)因素對(duì)精液品質(zhì)均有極顯著影響(P0.01)。2.對(duì)新疆天山畜牧種公牛站荷斯坦、西門塔爾、安格斯、夏洛來、褐牛以及利木贊等6個(gè)不同的品種188頭種公牛的周歲體尺測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了體尺和精液品質(zhì)的相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果表明:種公牛的精液量分別與體高、體長(zhǎng)、胸圍、管圍呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),種公牛的原精密度分別與體高、體長(zhǎng)、胸圍顯著相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of semen quality on bull semen quality in different breeds, the year, season, age, frequency of spermatozoa, the correlation between body size and semen quality was studied. In this paper, the records of semen production performance of bulls were analyzed and studied in order to take appropriate technical measures in production, so as to greatly improve the breeding and management conditions of bulls and increase the production and quality of frozen semen. From 2008 to 2014, a total of 105257 semen production data were recorded from Xinjiang Tianshan Animal Husbandry bulls Station. Six factors that may affect the semen quality of bulls were studied: variety, year of semen collection, season, age, frequency, and frequency. The least-squares analysis was carried out and the multiple comparisons were made by Duncan's method. The results showed that six factors, such as variety, year of semen collection, season, age, frequency, and semen collection personnel, all had significant effects on semen quality (P0.01) .2. The body size and semen quality of 188 bulls of 6 different breeds, including Holstein, Simmental, Angus, Charolais, Brown cattle and Limousan, were analyzed. The results showed that the volume of seminal fluid was positively correlated with body height, body length, chest circumference and tube circumference (P0.01), and the original precision was significantly correlated with body height, body length and chest circumference.
