【摘要】：為探討腸炎沙門(mén)菌感染對(duì)空腸形態(tài)學(xué)的影響,研究選用濟(jì)寧百日雞陰性個(gè)體為試驗(yàn)材料,用腸炎沙門(mén)菌進(jìn)行接種,分別在接種后第1、3、7、14、21和35天采取其空腸組織和盲腸內(nèi)容物,采用石蠟切片和HE染色的方法對(duì)感染后7個(gè)不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)濟(jì)寧百日雞的空腸絨毛和隱窩進(jìn)行組織形態(tài)學(xué)觀察,同時(shí)檢測(cè)7個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組盲腸內(nèi)容物腸炎沙門(mén)菌的含量。結(jié)果表明:感染后7個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn),對(duì)照組腸絨毛長(zhǎng)度增加程度均大于試驗(yàn)組,且在接種后第1天,試驗(yàn)組絨毛長(zhǎng)度顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。除感染后第35天外,其余時(shí)間點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)組隱窩深度均大于對(duì)照組,接種后第3天與第7天,對(duì)照組與試驗(yàn)組隱窩深度差異顯著(P0.05)。感染后第1、7、14、21天對(duì)照組絨毛長(zhǎng)度與隱窩深度的比值(V/C)均顯著大于試驗(yàn)組。研究結(jié)果初步揭示了腸炎沙門(mén)菌感染與雞營(yíng)養(yǎng)代謝的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of Salmonella enteritis infection on the morphology of jejunum, the study selected Jining 100 day chicken negative individuals as experimental materials, inoculated Salmonella enteritis with Salmonella enteritis, and took the jejunum tissue and cecum contents on day 1,3,7,14,21 and 35 days after inoculation, using paraffin section and HE staining method to 7 different time points after infection. The histomorphology of the jejunum villi and recess of the chicken was observed. At the same time, the content of Salmonella enteritis in the 7 time points and the control group was detected. The results showed that the length of the intestinal villi in the control group was higher than the test group at the 7 time points after the infection, and the length of the villi was significantly lower than that of the test group at first days after the inoculation. Except for thirty-fifth days after infection, the depth of recess in the test group at the rest of the time was greater than that of the control group, and the depth of the recess in the control group was significantly higher than the control group at third days and seventh days after the inoculation (P0.05). The ratio of the length of the villus to the depth of the recess (V/C) in the control group was significantly greater than that of the test group on day 1,7,14,21 after the infection. The results of the study were revealed preliminarily. Correlation between Salmonella enteritidis infection and chicken nutrition and metabolism.
