不同能量蛋白水平對5~8周齡雌性羅曼鵝和皖西白鵝生產(chǎn)性能和營養(yǎng)代謝的影響

【摘要】:試驗以羅曼鵝和皖西白鵝為研究對象,通過飼養(yǎng)試驗、比較屠宰試驗、代謝試驗和部分血清生化指標的差異的比較,研究日糧能量和蛋白質(zhì)水平對5-8周齡羅曼鵝和生產(chǎn)性能、屠宰性能、部分血液生化指標及養(yǎng)分表觀利用率的影響。以便在養(yǎng)殖實踐中為肉鵝制定適宜的飼糧能量與蛋白質(zhì)需要量提供參考。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1能量蛋白水平對5-8周齡雌性羅曼鵝和皖西白鵝生產(chǎn)性能的影響試驗采用2×2×2因子試驗設計,選取體重相近的4周齡雌性皖西白鵝和羅曼鵝各40只,分組進行能量蛋白質(zhì)表觀利用率的對比測定。試驗飼糧的代謝能水平分別為11.49MJ/kg和12.12 MJ/kg,粗蛋白質(zhì)水平分別為14%和16%。結(jié)果表明:(1)飼糧能量平對5-8周齡羅曼鵝生產(chǎn)性能有影響顯著(P0.05),蛋白水平對5-8周齡羅曼鵝生產(chǎn)性能無顯著影響(P0.05)。羅曼鵝在相同能量水平時低蛋白水平組生產(chǎn)性能較好,在相同蛋白水平時高能量水平組生產(chǎn)性能較高。(2)飼糧能量蛋白水平對5-8周齡皖西白鵝生產(chǎn)性能無顯著影響(P0.05)。皖西白鵝在相同能量水平時高蛋白水平組生產(chǎn)性能較好,在相同蛋白水平時高能量水平組生產(chǎn)性能較高。2能量蛋白水平對5-8周齡雌性羅曼鵝和皖西白鵝屠宰性能的影響(1)飼糧能量水平對5-8周齡鵝胸肌率影響顯著(P0.05),蛋白水平對胸肌率無顯著影響(P0.05)。飼糧能量蛋白水平對5-8周齡鵝其他屠宰性能無顯著影響(P0.05)。(2)5-8周齡鵝的腹脂率在相同能量水平時,低蛋白水平飼糧組腹脂率較低,在相同蛋白水平時高能量水平飼糧組腹脂率較低:而其他屠宰指標在相同能量水平時,低蛋白水平飼糧組較高,在相同蛋白水平時,高能量水平飼糧組較低。3能量蛋白水平對5-8周齡雌性羅曼鵝和皖西白鵝血液生化指標的影響飼糧能量蛋白水平對5-8周齡鵝血清生化指標影響顯著(P0.05);能量水平對血清激素指標影響顯著(P0.05),而蛋白水平對血清激素指標則無顯著影響(p0.05)。血液各指標濃度在相同能量水平時,大部分在低蛋白水平飼糧組較高,在相同蛋白水平時,低能量水平飼糧組較低,這與本試驗中的5-8周齡生產(chǎn)性能和屠宰性能存在一定的關聯(lián)。4能量蛋白水平對5-8周齡雌性羅曼鵝和皖西白鵝養(yǎng)分代謝的影響(1)飼糧能量供給量對鵝食入能量及粗蛋白質(zhì)表觀利用率的影響極顯著(P0.01),而飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)供給量對鵝食入能量及粗蛋白質(zhì)表觀利用率的影響不顯著(P0.05)。飼糧代謝能粗蛋白質(zhì)水平對5-8周齡鵝脂肪、粗纖維利用率影響顯著(P0.05),并且在代謝能為11.49MJ/kg,粗蛋白質(zhì)為14%的飼糧能量、蛋白質(zhì)及纖維的利用率較高。脂肪則在代謝能水平11.49MJ/kg,粗蛋白質(zhì)水平16%情況下最高。(2)5-8周齡肉鵝對代謝能為11.4 MJ/kg,粗蛋白質(zhì)為14%的飼糧的養(yǎng)分利用率較高,且皖西白鵝鵝與羅曼鵝養(yǎng)分利用率差異顯著(P0.05)。綜合本試驗所有內(nèi)容,并且考慮到鵝較強的耐粗飼特性,應在養(yǎng)鵝實際生產(chǎn)中注意節(jié)約飼料成本,因此建議在飼養(yǎng)時選擇較低的代謝能和粗蛋白質(zhì)水平的飼糧。
[Abstract]:The effects of dietary energy and protein levels on the 5-8 week old Roan goose and production performance, slaughter performance, partial blood biochemical indexes and nutrient apparent utilization rate were studied by comparison of the feeding test, the comparison of the slaughter test, the metabolic test and the difference of some serum biochemical indexes. The results are as follows: 1 the effects of energy protein level on the production performance of 5-8 weeks old female Roan goose and Wanxi White Goose were tested by 2 x 2 x 2 factor design, and 40 female Wanxi White Goose and Roman goose, each of the 4 weeks old, were selected. The metabolic energy levels of the experimental diet were 11.49MJ/kg and 12.12 MJ/kg, respectively, and the crude protein levels were 14% and 16%., respectively, and the results showed that (1) the diet energy level had a significant effect on the performance of the 5-8 week old Luo Mane (P0.05), and the protein level had no significant effect on the production performance of the 5-8 week old Roan goose Effect (P0.05). The production performance of low protein level group at the same energy level was better and the high energy level group had higher production performance at the same protein level. (2) the dietary energy protein level had no significant effect on the production performance of Wanxi White Goose at the age of 5-8 weeks (P0.05). The effect of high energy level.2 energy protein level on the slaughter performance of 5-8 weeks old female Roan goose and Wanxi White Goose at the same protein level (1) the dietary energy level had significant effect on the breast muscle rate of 5-8 weeks old goose (P0.05), and the protein level had no significant effect on the breast muscle rate (P0.05). The level of dietary energy protein was 5-8 weeks. The other slaughter performance of the age goose was not significantly affected (P0.05). (2) the abdominal fat rate of the low protein diet group was lower at the same energy level at the same energy level in the 5-8 week old goose, and the abdominal fat rate in the high energy level diet group at the same protein level was lower. There was no significant effect (P0.05). At the same energy level, most of the blood levels were higher in the low protein diet group. There was a certain correlation between the production performance and slaughter performance of the 5-8 week age in this experiment with the.4 energy protein level on the 5-8 week old female Roan goose. The influence of nutrient metabolism in Wanxi White Goose (1) the effect of dietary energy supply on the intake energy and apparent utilization rate of crude protein was very significant (P0.01), but the effect of dietary crude protein supply on goose feeding energy and apparent utilization rate of crude protein was not significant (P0.05). The level of crude protein metabolism of diet on 5-8 weeks old goose fat and crude fiber The utilization ratio was significant (P0.05), and the dietary energy of 11.49MJ/kg and crude protein was 14%, and the utilization of protein and fiber was higher. The fat was highest at the metabolic energy level 11.49MJ/kg and the crude protein level 16%. (2) the nutrient utilization ratio of the 5-8 week old meat goose to the diet with metabolic energy of 11.4 MJ/kg and the crude protein 14% was higher. The nutrient utilization ratio of white goose and Roan goose in West Anhui was significant (P0.05). Considering all the contents of this experiment and considering the strong forage resistance characteristics of the goose, the cost of feed should be paid attention to in the actual production of goose. Therefore, it is suggested that the diet of low metabolic energy and crude protein should be selected at the time of feeding.
