日糧中添加二甲基甘氨酸鈉對(duì)肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、肉品質(zhì)及抗氧化功能影響的研究

【摘要】:本文研究了日糧中添加二甲基甘氨酸鈉對(duì)肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、肉品質(zhì)及抗氧化功能的影響,并探討了二甲基甘氨酸鈉對(duì)改善AA肉雞生產(chǎn)性能及提高抗氧化功能的機(jī)理,確定其在肉雞生產(chǎn)上的最適添加劑量。本試驗(yàn)采用單因子隨機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),選擇體重相近、1日齡的AA肉雞720只,隨機(jī)分為6個(gè)處理組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)20只肉雞,公母各半,試驗(yàn)期分為前期(1-21d)和后期(22-42d),各試驗(yàn)組分別為:CON組為基礎(chǔ)日糧組,T1組、T2組、T3組、T4組及T5組分別為在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加300、500、1000、1500及2000 mg/kg的二甲基甘氨酸鈉的試驗(yàn)組,試驗(yàn)部分由試驗(yàn)一到試驗(yàn)四組成。試驗(yàn)一,研究了二甲基甘氨酸鈉對(duì)AA肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、養(yǎng)分表觀消化率及內(nèi)源消化酶活性的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)添加二甲基甘氨酸鈉提高了肉雞體增重(P0.05),極顯著的降低了料肉比(P0.01),且以添加1000 mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸鈉組生產(chǎn)性能最好。(2)與對(duì)照組相比,日糧中添加1000,1500和2000 mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸鈉能顯著提高42日齡肉雞對(duì)粗蛋白的表觀利用率(P0.05)。(3)添加500 mg/kg和1000 mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸鈉可以顯著提高胰腺脂肪酶的活性(P0.05),而1000 mg/kg的處理組較對(duì)照組有提高胰腺胰蛋白酶活性的趨勢(shì),但不顯著(P0.05),添加劑量為1500 mg/kg和2000 mg/kg的二甲基甘氨酸鈉則能有效提高胰腺組織的胰蛋白酶活性(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)二,研究了二甲基甘氨酸鈉對(duì)肉雞器官指數(shù)對(duì)AA肉雞器官指數(shù)和屠宰性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)與對(duì)照組相比,肉雞日糧中添加2000 mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸鈉可顯著提高肉雞的脾臟指數(shù)(P0.05)。(2)二甲基甘氨酸鈉可顯著提高肉雞的全凈膛率(P0.05)和腿肌率(P0.05);且以添加1500 mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸鈉組效果最好。試驗(yàn)三,研究了二甲基甘氨酸鈉對(duì)AA肉雞血液生理生化指標(biāo)和抗氧化功能的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)與對(duì)照組相比,添加劑量為1000 mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸鈉組的肉雞生長前期血液中三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(T3)的含量顯著提高(P0.05),二甲基甘氨酸鈉對(duì)肉雞生長后期血液中的生理生化指標(biāo)無顯著影響(P0.05);(2)二甲基甘氨酸鈉對(duì)血液和肝臟的總抗氧化功能影響較為顯著。肉雞生長后期,二甲基甘氨酸鈉添加劑量在500 mg/kg以上的組血液中T-AOC水平顯著提高(P0.05);1000 mg/kg以上的二甲基甘氨酸鈉則能顯著提高肝臟的T-AOC水平(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)四,研究了二甲基甘氨酸鈉對(duì)AA肉雞肉品質(zhì)及肌肉抗氧化功能的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)二甲基甘氨酸鈉主要影響胸肌的肉品質(zhì)。1000、1500mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸鈉較對(duì)照組極顯著地降低了烹飪損失率(P0.01),2000 mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸鈉則顯著降低了烹飪損失率(P0.05);1500、2000 mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸鈉組的96 h滴水損失率顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。就剪切力而言,1000-2000 mg/kg二甲基甘氨酸鈉可極顯著的降低肉雞胸肌的剪切力(P0.01)。(2)二甲基甘氨酸鈉對(duì)胸肌的抗氧化功能影響較為顯著。與對(duì)照組相比,1000 mg/kg的二甲基甘氨酸鈉可顯著提高胸肌中總抗氧化能力(P0.05)。綜上所述,本試驗(yàn)建議二甲基甘氨酸鈉在肉雞玉米豆粕型配合飼料或全混合日糧中的推薦添加劑量為1000-1500 mg/kg。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of adding two methyl glycine sodium on the production performance, meat quality and antioxidant function of broilers were studied. The mechanism of two methyl glycine sodium to improve the production performance and antioxidant function of AA broilers was discussed, and the optimum dosage in broiler production was determined. A single factor random design was adopted in this experiment. 720 AA broilers of 1 days of age were randomly divided into 6 treatment groups, with 6 repetitions in each group, each repeated 20 broilers and half of the male and female. The test period was divided into early stage (1-21d) and later period (22-42d). The experimental groups were divided into CON group based diet group, T1 group, T2 group, T3 group, T4 group and T5 group added 30050010001500 and 2000 respectively to basal diet, respectively. (2) the addition of 10001500 and 2000 mg/kg two methyl glycine to the control group could significantly increase the apparent utilization rate of crude protein (P0.05) in 42 day old broilers. (3) adding 500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg two methyl glycine sodium could be significantly raised. The activity of high pancreatic lipase (P0.05), while the 1000 mg/kg treatment group had a tendency to increase pancreatic trypsin activity in comparison with the control group, but not significantly (P0.05). The additive amount of 1500 mg/kg and 2000 mg/kg of two methyl glycine could effectively improve the pancreatic protease activity (P0.05) in pancreatic tissue. Test two, the study of two methylglycine sodium was studied. The effect of chicken organ index on the organ index and slaughter performance of AA broilers showed that: (1) compared with the control group, adding 2000 mg/kg two methyl glycine sodium in the broiler diet could significantly increase the spleen index (P0.05) of broilers. (2) two methyl glycine sodium could significantly increase the total net chamber rate (P0.05) and the leg muscle rate (P0.05) of the meat chicken, and add 150 to the meat chicken. The effect of 0 mg/kg two methyl glycine sodium group was the best. Test three, the effect of two methyl glycine sodium on the blood physiological and biochemical indexes and antioxidant function of AA broilers was studied. The results showed: (1) the content of three iodine thyroid prolysine (T3) in the prophase blood of broilers was compared with the control group. Significantly improved (P0.05), two methylglycine sodium had no significant effect on the physiological and biochemical indexes in the blood of broilers (P0.05). (2) the effect of two methyl glycine sodium on the total antioxidant function of the blood and liver was significant. The level of T-AOC in the blood of the group with the dosage of two methyl glycine sodium added over 500 mg/kg was significant in the late growth stage of broiler chickens. Increase (P0.05); 1000 mg/kg of two methyl glycine sodium could significantly increase the liver T-AOC level (P0.05). Test four, study the effect of two methyl glycine sodium on meat quality and muscle antioxidant function of AA broilers. The results showed that (1) two methyl glycine sodium mainly affected the meat quality of breast muscle.10001500mg/kg two methyl glycine sodium. The cooking loss rate (P0.01) was significantly lower than that in the control group. The cooking loss rate (P0.05) was significantly reduced by 2000 mg/kg two methyl glycine sodium, and the 96 h drop rate of 15002000 mg/kg two methyl glycine sodium group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). In terms of shear force, 1000-2000 mg/kg two methyl glycine sodium could significantly reduce meat. The shear strength of the breast muscle (P0.01). (2) two methyl glycine sodium has a significant effect on the antioxidant function of the chest muscle. Compared with the control group, the total antioxidant capacity of the two methyl glycine sodium (1000 mg/kg) can be significantly increased in the chest muscle (P0.05). To sum up, this experiment suggested that two methyl glycine sodium in the broiler corn soybean meal combined feed or full mixing. The recommended amount of additives in the diet is 1000-1500 mg/kg.
