荔波瑤山雞TGFβ3基因多態(tài)性與繁殖性狀的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:【目的】為探明荔波瑤山雞TGFβ3基因與繁殖性狀的關(guān)系,尋找可作為雞繁殖性狀的遺傳標(biāo)記。【方法】針對TGFβ3基因設(shè)計(jì)6對引物,采用PCR測序法篩選多態(tài)位點(diǎn),并利用荔波瑤山雞母系60個(gè)個(gè)體進(jìn)行繁殖性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)分析!窘Y(jié)果】荔波瑤山雞TGFβ3基因有17個(gè)多態(tài)位點(diǎn),TGFβ3基因53(T→C)、1653(C→T)和1755(A→G)位點(diǎn)各300日齡產(chǎn)蛋量、首次就巢日齡、首次就巢持續(xù)時(shí)間、首次就巢至重新開產(chǎn)間隔和300日齡就巢次數(shù)間呈顯著或極顯著相關(guān)(P0.05或P0.01);3343(C→T)與首次就巢持續(xù)時(shí)間、首次就巢至重新開產(chǎn)間隔和300日齡就巢次數(shù)均呈顯著或極顯著相關(guān)(P0.05或P0.01);3540(C→T)與開產(chǎn)日齡、300日齡產(chǎn)蛋量和首次就巢持續(xù)時(shí)間均呈顯著或極顯著相關(guān)(P0.05或P0.01);4786(C→T)和7471(G→A)分別與300日齡產(chǎn)蛋量和首次就巢日齡均呈顯著相關(guān)(P0.05);7263(C→T)與首次就巢持續(xù)時(shí)間呈顯著相關(guān)(P0.05)!窘Y(jié)論】TGFβ3基因53(T→C)、1653(C→T)、1755(A→G)、3343(C→T)、3540(C→T)、4786(C→T)、7263(C→T)和7471(G→A)與就巢性狀關(guān)聯(lián)顯著,可作為降低就巢性提高繁殖力的輔助選擇標(biāo)記。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the relationship between TGF 尾 3 gene and reproductive traits in Libo Yao chicken, and to search for genetic markers for reproductive traits. [methods] six pairs of primers were designed for TGF 尾 3 gene, and PCR sequencing was used to screen polymorphic loci. [results] there were 17 polymorphic loci of TGF- 尾 3 gene (TGF- 尾 3) 53 (T) 1653 (T) 1653 (C T) and 1755 (A G) for 300 days of egg production in Libo Yao Shan Chicken. For the first time, there was a significant or extremely significant correlation between the interval from first nest to reopening and the number of nests at 300 days of age (P0.05 or P0.01). There was a significant or extremely significant correlation between the number of nests (P0.05 or P0.01) 3540 (C / T) and the number of eggs laid at 300 days (P0.05 or P0.01) and the duration of the first nest at 300 days (P0.05 or P0.01), respectively (P0.05 or P0.01), and (P0.05 or P0.01) significant or extremely significant correlation between the number of nests and the number of nests at 300 days of age (P0.05 or P0.01), as well as the number of eggs laid at 300 days of age (P0.05 or P0.01). (P 0.05) 7263 (C T) and the first nest duration (P 0.05). [conclusion] the TGF- 尾 3 gene 53 (T C) 1653 (C TGP T) 1755 (A G) 3343 (C T) 3540 (C Tu T) 7263 (C T) and 7471 (G) 7263 (T) and 7471 (G), respectively, were significantly correlated with the egg production at 300 days of age and the first nest age (P0.05). [conclusion] TGF- 尾 3 gene 53 (T) 1653 (C / T) 1755 (A / G) 3343 (C / T) 3540 (C / T) (C / T) 7263 (C / T) and 7471 (G / A), respectively. The correlation of nest traits was significant. It can be used as an auxiliary selection marker to reduce the fecundity and improve fecundity.
