牛至油對(duì)成年蛋雞生長(zhǎng)性能和免疫功能的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究不同水平的牛至油添加對(duì)蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能及免疫功能的影響。選取30周齡海蘭灰商品蛋雞300只,隨機(jī)分為5組(每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)10只):對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗(yàn)A、B和C組飼喂分別添加50,100和150mg/kg牛至油的試驗(yàn)飼糧,抗生素組飼喂添加100 mg/kg硫酸抗敵素的試驗(yàn)飼糧,試驗(yàn)期60d。結(jié)果表明:整個(gè)試驗(yàn)期各組間蛋雞日采食量無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05),A和B組蛋雞產(chǎn)蛋率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),料蛋比顯著降低(P0.05);A、B和C組蛋雞血清中免疫球蛋白IgG含量比對(duì)照組有顯著提高(P0.05);試驗(yàn)30和60d,A組蛋雞血清新城疫抗體滴度顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);牛至油對(duì)蛋雞脾臟指數(shù)無(wú)顯著性影響(P0.05);A組蛋雞脾臟中的CD4+百分含量比對(duì)照組有所提高(P0.05),CD8+百分含量顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),而CD4~+/CD8~+顯著升高(P0.05);A組脾臟中IL-2和IL-4mRNA的表達(dá)量顯著升高(P0.05)。由此可見,飼糧添加牛至油能提高蛋雞的生產(chǎn)性能和免疫功能,以50mg/kg牛至油為最適添加量。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different levels of oregano oil on the performance and immune function of laying hens. Three hundred commercial Hailan grey laying hens aged 30 weeks were randomly divided into 5 groups (6 replicates in each group, 10 in each): the control group was fed with basic diet, and the control group was fed with 50100 and 150mg/kg oregano oil, respectively. The antibiotic group was fed with 100 mg/kg dichlorfon sulfate for 60 days. The results showed that there was no significant difference in daily feed intake among the three groups (P0.05). The laying rate of the layers in groups A and B was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and the feed to egg ratio was significantly lower (P0.05). The content of immunoglobulin IgG in the serum of the layers in groups A and C was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The titer of serum Newcastle disease antibody in group A was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05), and the spleen index of laying hens was not significantly affected by oregano oil (P0.05). The percentage of CD4% in spleen of laying hens in group A was higher than that in control group (P0.05). The content of IL-2 and IL-4 mRNA in spleen of group A was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05), while the expression of IL-2 and IL-4 mRNA in spleen of group A was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05). It can be seen that diet supplemented with oregano oil can improve the performance and immune function of laying hens, and 50mg/kg oregano oil is the most suitable additive.
