【摘要】:"后抗生素時(shí)代",安全高效的抗生素替代物成為研發(fā)熱點(diǎn)之一,具有諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)的抗菌肽有望成為抗生素理想替代物之一。近年來,微生物源抗菌肽在動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)中的研究應(yīng)用不斷深入,并獲得大量研究成果。本文就微生物抗菌肽及其在防控動(dòng)物疫病、增強(qiáng)動(dòng)物機(jī)體免疫水平、提高動(dòng)物機(jī)體抗氧化能力、提高動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)性能等方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,以期為微生物抗菌肽的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the "post-antibiotic era", safe and efficient antibiotic substitutes become one of the hot spots in research and development, and antimicrobial peptides with many advantages are expected to become one of the ideal substitutes for antibiotics. In recent years, microbial antimicrobial peptides have been widely used in animal production, and a large number of research results have been obtained. In this paper, microbiological antimicrobial peptides and their advances in the prevention and control of animal disease, the enhancement of immune level, the enhancement of antioxidant capacity and the improvement of animal production performance are reviewed. In order to provide a reference for the development and application of microbial antimicrobial peptides.
