【摘要】：為了探討高精料飼喂產(chǎn)生的脂多糖(LPS)對(duì)干奶期山羊血漿能量代謝產(chǎn)物和激素水平的影響,選擇處于干奶期的奶山羊12只,隨機(jī)分為2組,分別飼喂精粗比為4:6和6:4的日糧。結(jié)果表明,精粗比6:4的日糧飼喂2周后成功誘導(dǎo)山羊處于亞急性瘤胃酸中毒(SARA)狀態(tài),此時(shí)外周血液中的LPS濃度極顯著升高(P0.01)。血漿NEFA含量顯著升高(P0.05),血糖含量有上升的趨勢(shì)但差異不顯著(P0.05)。血漿胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子1(IGF-Ⅰ)含量顯著下降(P0.05);胰高血糖素、瘦素、催乳素含量升高,胰島素含量降低,但差異均不顯著(P0.05)。本研究結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)干奶期山羊飼糧中精飼料水平提高時(shí),易造成SARA,血漿高濃度LPS引起機(jī)體免疫能量代謝及激素水平均發(fā)生變化,這些變化與機(jī)體的免疫反應(yīng)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) produced by high concentrate feeding on plasma energy metabolites and hormone levels in dry milk goats, 12 dairy goats were randomly divided into 2 groups, fed diets of 4:6 and 6:4 respectively. The results showed that the goats were successfully induced to be subacute rumen acidosis (sara) after 2 weeks of diet fed with the concentrate to crude ratio (6:4), and the concentration of LPS in peripheral blood was significantly increased (P0.01).
