基于ZigBee技術(shù)的畜禽舍環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:目前我國畜禽大多采用封閉式養(yǎng)殖,養(yǎng)殖量位居世界前列。畜禽的產(chǎn)量、畜禽產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)受環(huán)境影響較多。有效的畜禽舍監(jiān)控可以改善畜禽舍環(huán)境,優(yōu)良的畜禽舍環(huán)境可以提高畜禽的產(chǎn)量以及畜禽產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)進(jìn)而取得更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。傳統(tǒng)的畜禽舍監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)一般采用有線方式,布線繁瑣、成本高、維護(hù)困難、測量的精度也比較低。無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展,為畜禽舍的監(jiān)控提供了新的方向,使畜禽養(yǎng)殖的產(chǎn)業(yè)化、自動化成為了可能。根據(jù)長春市明銳養(yǎng)殖場的實(shí)際情況,研究并設(shè)計(jì)基于ZigBee技術(shù)的畜禽舍環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。影響畜禽生長、發(fā)育、繁殖、健康和畜禽產(chǎn)品的生長量(蛋、奶、肉、毛)的因素比較多,但是畜禽舍內(nèi)部的環(huán)境對其影響尤為明顯。生長環(huán)境的好壞直接決定著畜禽生長的好壞,同時(shí)也直接關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,所以改善畜禽舍環(huán)境尤為重要。論文在分析了畜禽舍監(jiān)控和無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)在國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國內(nèi)畜禽舍監(jiān)控的實(shí)際情況,確定監(jiān)控的環(huán)境因子和無線通信方案。并提出了以DSU1115-0601模塊為核心的基于ZigBee技術(shù)的畜禽舍環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)監(jiān)控的需要,開發(fā)了以DSU1115-0601模塊為硬件核心的ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn),節(jié)點(diǎn)可以驅(qū)動各種傳感器。傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)能夠?qū)崟r(shí)的采集畜禽舍內(nèi)環(huán)境的各因子的數(shù)據(jù),然后把采集到的數(shù)據(jù)傳給路由節(jié)點(diǎn),路由節(jié)點(diǎn)會把采集的數(shù)據(jù)傳給網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)器,網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)器通過串口把數(shù)據(jù)傳送到上位機(jī)的監(jiān)控中心。上位機(jī)的監(jiān)控中心是一個(gè)友好的人機(jī)交互界面,該界面可以實(shí)時(shí)的顯示上傳來的數(shù)據(jù),并可以用曲線或者柱狀圖等形式直觀的顯示出來,同時(shí)該界面還具有歷史查詢和打印輸出功能。而且當(dāng)有環(huán)境因子數(shù)據(jù)不在合理范圍內(nèi)時(shí),監(jiān)控中心會發(fā)出報(bào)警信號,這時(shí)PC機(jī)可以通過控制執(zhí)行設(shè)備來調(diào)控畜禽舍內(nèi)各環(huán)境因子,從而使畜禽舍環(huán)境一直處于一個(gè)相對穩(wěn)定的適合畜禽生產(chǎn)的狀態(tài)。通過性能測試,證明系統(tǒng)有效穩(wěn)定且可靠,能夠滿足畜禽舍監(jiān)控的需要。
[Abstract]:At present, most of China's livestock and poultry use closed culture, breeding volume ranks among the top in the world. The output of livestock and poultry and the quality of livestock and poultry products are affected by environment. The effective monitoring of livestock and poultry house can improve the environment of livestock house, and the good environment of livestock house can improve the output of livestock and poultry and the quality of livestock and poultry products, and then obtain more economic benefits. The traditional monitoring system of livestock and poultry house is usually wired. The wiring is tedious, the cost is high, the maintenance is difficult, and the precision of measurement is low. The emergence and development of wireless sensor network (WSN) provides a new direction for the surveillance of livestock and poultry houses, and makes the industrialization and automation of livestock and poultry breeding possible. According to the actual situation of Changchun Mingrui farm, the environment monitoring system of livestock house based on ZigBee technology is studied and designed. There are many factors affecting the growth, development, reproduction, health and the growth of livestock and poultry products (egg, milk, meat, hair), but the environment inside the livestock house has a more obvious effect on it. The quality of growth environment directly determines the quality of livestock and poultry growth, but also directly related to economic interests, so it is particularly important to improve the environment of livestock and poultry houses. Based on the analysis of the present situation of livestock house monitoring and wireless sensor network at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of domestic livestock house monitoring, the paper determines the environmental factors and wireless communication scheme. The design of environment monitoring system based on ZigBee technology based on DSU 1115-0601 module is put forward. According to the need of monitoring, a ZigBee network node with DSU1115-0601 module as the hardware core is developed, which can drive various sensors. The sensor node can collect the data of every factor in the environment of the livestock and poultry house in real time, and then transmit the collected data to the routing node, and the routing node will transmit the collected data to the network coordinator. The network coordinator transmits the data to the monitoring center of the host computer through serial port. The monitoring center of the upper computer is a friendly human-computer interface. The interface can display the data transmitted from the computer in real time, and can be displayed intuitively in the form of curves or histograms. At the same time, the interface also has history query and print output function. Moreover, when there is an environmental factor data that is not within a reasonable range, the monitoring center will issue an alarm signal, and the PC can control the environmental factors in the livestock and poultry house by controlling the execution equipment. Thus, the environment of livestock house has been in a relatively stable state suitable for livestock production. The performance test shows that the system is effective, stable and reliable, and can meet the needs of livestock house monitoring.
