【摘要】：了解云南省部分豬場豬瘟發(fā)病情況,為豬場制訂合理的防控規(guī)程提供依據(jù),采用RT-PCR方法對2013—2015年間云南省部分豬場1 055份樣品進行了豬瘟病毒(CSFV)的病原檢測。結(jié)果表明:2013—2015年豬瘟病毒陽性率分別為7.20%、17.65%、12.26%,三年間豬瘟參與混合感染占總混合感染的比例分別為37.5%、46.4%、67.4%。說明在云南省境內(nèi)部分豬場豬瘟的發(fā)病率仍然很高,有的豬場甚至在使用疫苗后仍然發(fā)病。
[Abstract]:To understand the incidence of CSFV in some pig farms in Yunnan Province, and to provide the basis for the establishment of reasonable prevention and control procedures in pig farms, 1 055 samples of CSFV in some farms of Yunnan Province from 2013 to 2015 were detected by RT-PCR. The results showed that the positive rate of CSFV in 2013-2015 was 7.20% 17.650.The proportion of CSFV mixed infection in total mixed infection in three years was 37.5% and 46.4%, respectively. The results showed that the incidence of swine fever was still very high in some pig farms in Yunnan Province, and some pig farms still had the disease even after the use of vaccine.
