反芻動物瘤胃菌群與機體營養(yǎng)沉積研究進展

【摘要】:大量研究表明,反芻動物瘤胃菌群的種類及豐度與宿主的營養(yǎng)沉積和機體代謝有密切關(guān)系,研究瘤胃微生物菌群與反芻動物生產(chǎn)性能和肉品質(zhì)的關(guān)系,對肉品質(zhì)行業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。應(yīng)用高通量測序技術(shù)檢測瘤胃菌群的結(jié)構(gòu)和種類,并不斷完善胃腸道微生物數(shù)據(jù)庫。文章介紹了反芻動物瘤胃中優(yōu)勢菌群對脂肪、纖維素以及含氮物質(zhì)的分解利用,概述了反芻動物瘤胃菌群與機體代謝的關(guān)系,并總結(jié)了瘤胃菌群的多樣性和豐度對機體營養(yǎng)沉積的影響,為改善瘤胃菌群、優(yōu)化食肉品質(zhì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:A large number of studies have shown that the species and abundance of rumen flora in ruminants are closely related to the nutrient deposition and metabolism of the host, and the relationship between rumen microbial flora and the production performance and meat quality of ruminants is studied. It is of great significance to the development of meat quality industry. High-throughput sequencing technique was used to detect the structure and species of rumen microflora and to improve the gastrointestinal microorganism database. In this paper, the decomposition and utilization of fat, cellulose and nitrogen-containing substances in the rumen of ruminant were introduced, and the relationship between rumen flora and metabolism of ruminant was summarized. The effects of diversity and abundance of rumen flora on nutritional deposition were summarized in order to improve rumen microflora and optimize meat quality.
