乳酸菌發(fā)酵黃芪多糖制劑在肉雞生產(chǎn)上的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究一種乳酸菌發(fā)酵的黃芪多糖(APS)制劑及其對肉雞生長性能、血清免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig A含量及腸道菌群的影響。首先提取APS,測定乳酸菌對其發(fā)酵的可能性,確定最適宜的添加量;其次選擇500只1日齡體重相近的健康A(chǔ)A~+肉仔雞,隨機分為5組,每組100只。Ⅰ組為對照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,試驗Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ組分別在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加20%APS 0.1ɡ/kg和0.1、0.2、0.3 m L/kg的乳酸菌發(fā)酵制劑。試驗期為6周。結(jié)果表明:乳酸菌在添加20%APS的液體培養(yǎng)基中生長最優(yōu);與對照組相比,試驗Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ組肉雞的生長性能顯著提高(P0.05),其中以Ⅳ組效果最好;與對照組相比,試驗Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ組肉雞血清Ig G、Ig A含量顯著提高(P0.05),試驗組肉雞腸道微生物體系均有改善,盲腸大腸桿菌數(shù)量顯著降低(P0.05),盲腸乳酸菌數(shù)量顯著升高(P0.05)。綜合考慮,肉雞日糧中乳酸菌發(fā)酵APS制劑的最佳添加量為0.2 m L/kg。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study a lactic acid bacteria fermented Astragalus Polysaccharide (APS) preparation and its effects on growth performance, serum immunoglobulin I g G G A content and intestinal flora of broilers.
