【摘要】：我國天然草場面積遼闊,但單位面積產草量低,造成牧草收集成本過高,而國外相關牧草機械價格較高,應對市場需求,自主設計一種新型的指盤摟草機。對摟草機關鍵部件指盤的運動、指盤平面距離等主要參數(shù)進行了設計計算,提供了設計理論基礎,在指盤摟草機的工作原理基礎上,設計整機結構。運用Pro/E軟件對整機零部件進行三維建模,軟件對草架展開連桿機構進行干涉分析、運動機構仿真模擬,得出零部件的尺寸及運動軌跡,為摟草機零部件生產提供了理論依據(jù)。本文通過總結實際焊接及裝配過程中遇到的問題,對零部件進行二次設計,為摟草機的優(yōu)化設計及產品的最終定型奠定了基礎。
[Abstract]:China has a vast natural pasture area, but low grass yield per unit area, which results in a high cost of forage collection, while the price of relevant forage machinery abroad is higher. In order to meet the market demand, a new type of herding machine is designed independently. The main parameters, such as the movement of the finger plate and the distance of the plate plane, are designed and calculated, and the design theory is provided. The structure of the whole machine is designed on the basis of the working principle of the machine. The Pro/E software is used to model the whole machine parts, and the software is used to analyze the interference of the linkage mechanism of the grass frame. The simulation of the movement mechanism is carried out, and the dimension and the track of the parts are obtained, which provides the theoretical basis for the production of the parts of the machine. This paper summarizes the problems encountered in the actual welding and assembly process, and carries out the secondary design of the parts and components, which lays a foundation for the optimization design of the crouching machine and the final finalization of the product.
