【摘要】：本研究旨在探索微酸性電解水對血液生理指標和血清生化指標的影響。每天給大鼠按每千克體重0、24、31、52、63 mg有效氯(ACC)經(jīng)口灌胃給藥,連續(xù)給藥30 d。測定大鼠血液白細胞數(shù)、紅細胞指數(shù)、血紅蛋白指數(shù)、血小板數(shù)及肝臟、心臟、腎臟功能血清生化指標。結果表明:隨微酸性電解水ACC濃度增加,除嗜堿性粒細胞數(shù)變化不規(guī)律外,其他白細胞參數(shù)都下降(P0.05);隨微酸性電解水劑量增加,紅細胞數(shù)、紅細胞壓積呈下降趨勢(P0.05),平均紅細胞體積、紅細胞分布寬度標準差、紅細胞分布寬度變異系數(shù)呈上升趨勢(P0.05);微酸性電解水可以促進平均紅細胞血紅蛋白含量增加(P0.05),但對血紅蛋白濃度、平均紅細胞體積的影響不規(guī)律;微酸性電解水有增加血小板數(shù)和血小板壓積、降低平均血小板體積和血小板分布寬度的趨勢(P0.05);除肌酸激酶有降低趨勢外,心臟、肝臟、腎臟功能指標均隨給藥劑量增加略有升高(P0.05)。結果顯示,按每千克體重63mg ACC的微酸性電解水經(jīng)口灌胃給藥,對大鼠血液生理生化指標無顯著影響,此劑量下微酸電解水帶動物消毒比較安全。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of microacid electrolytic water on blood physiological and serum biochemical indexes. Rats were given orally for 30 days at a dose of 63 mg available chlorine per kilogram of body weight. The white blood cell count, erythrocyte index, hemoglobin index, platelet count and serum biochemical indexes of liver, heart and kidney were measured. The results showed that with the increase of ACC concentration in micro-acid electrolytic water, the number of eosinophils decreased with the increase of the concentration of ACC, and the number of erythrocytes decreased with the increase of the dosage of micro-acid electrolytic water. The hematocrit showed a decreasing trend (P 0.05), the mean volume of red blood cell and the standard deviation of the distribution width of red blood cell. The coefficient of variation in the distribution width of red blood cells showed an increasing trend (P0.05), and the slightly acidic electrolytic water could promote the increase of mean erythrocyte hemoglobin content (P0.05), but the effect on hemoglobin concentration and mean erythrocyte volume was irregular. The microacidic electrolytic water has the tendency of increasing platelet count and platelet pressure, decreasing the mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width (P0.05N), except creatine kinase, the heart and liver, The indexes of renal function increased slightly with the increase of dosage (P 0.05). The results showed that there was no significant effect on blood physiological and biochemical indexes by oral administration of micro-acid electrolytic water per kg BW 63mg ACC in rats. It was safe to disinfect animals with micro-acid electrolytic water at this dose.
