【摘要】：2016—2017年,中國飼料企業(yè)因使用陳化玉米導致了較為嚴重的黃膘肉問題。本文分析了玉米陳化的原因及組成變化、黃膘肉產生的原因,以及陳化玉米對豬造成的危害,通過建立黃膘肉模型,采用營養(yǎng)干預的方法驗證了通過內源性抗氧化劑和維生素E合用可以阻止氧化脂肪導致的黃膘肉。最后,提出了陳化玉米在豬飼料中應用亟待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:From 2016 to 2017, Chinese feed enterprises caused the more serious yellow fat meat problem because of the use of aging corn. This paper analyzed the causes and composition changes of the corn aging, the causes of the production of fat meat, and the harm caused by the aging corn to the pig. By establishing the fat meat model, the endogenous antioxidative method was used to verify the endogenous antioxidant. Finally, the problems to be solved in the application of aged Maize in pig feed are put forward. The combination of E and vitamin A can prevent yellow fat meat caused by oxidized fat.
