【摘要】：為了建立須癬毛癬菌感染家兔模型,對臨床分離的須癬毛癬菌進行基因分型,選用Ⅰ型菌制成孢子懸液,直接涂抹剪毛后的家兔皮膚,觀察皮膚大體和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)病變情況。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),皮膚涂抹孢子懸液后,大體病變皮膚潮紅、皮屑增多,有滲出,形成結(jié)痂;顯微鏡下,皮膚充血,角質(zhì)層增厚,炎性細胞浸潤,局部形成膿腫;皮膚組織進行特殊染色,在毛囊或毛干內(nèi)有大量菌絲;從病變皮屑中分離鑒定出須癬毛癬菌。上述結(jié)果提示,本試驗成功建立了須毛癬菌感染家兔模型。
[Abstract]:In order to establish the rabbit model of Trichophyton tinea pedis infection, the clinical isolates of Trichophyton Trichophyton were genotyping, the spore suspension was made with type I bacteria, and the skin of the rabbit was smeared directly. The gross and microscopic structure of the skin were observed. The results showed that after the skin smear was smeared, the skin was flushed and dandruff increased. Exudation, forming scab; under the microscope, the skin hyperemia, the cuticle thickening, inflammatory cell infiltration, local formation of abscess, skin tissue special staining, a large number of mycelia in hair follicles or in the hair, isolated and identified Trichophyton tinea from the diseased dandruff. The results suggest that the rabbit model of Trichophyton Trichophyton infection was successfully established in this experiment.
