【摘要】：本研究旨在探討MTT法用于沙門菌(Salmonella)活菌計(jì)數(shù)的可行性及操作的最佳試驗(yàn)條件。通過改變波長、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、試劑劑量等,確定MTT法測沙門菌活菌數(shù)的最佳試驗(yàn)條件,同時(shí)采用Pearson相關(guān)模型進(jìn)行雙變量的相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果顯示MTT檢測沙門菌活菌數(shù)與平板計(jì)數(shù)法的測量結(jié)果是一致的,并且不同生長階段的沙門菌對檢測結(jié)果沒有影響。研究表明MTT法用于檢測沙門菌活菌數(shù)是可行的。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility and optimal operating conditions of MTT method for the enumeration of Salmonella Salmonella. By changing the wavelength, reaction time and reagent dosage, the optimal test conditions for the determination of salmonella number by MTT method were determined, and the correlation analysis of two variables was carried out by using the Pearson correlation model. The results showed that the number of live Salmonella detected by MTT was consistent with that measured by plate counting method, and the results were not affected by different growth stages of Salmonella. The results show that MTT method is feasible for the detection of salmonella.
