SSHJ3型臥式雙軸槳葉飼料混合機(jī)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:混合是飼料產(chǎn)品經(jīng)計(jì)量配料后,將各種物料組分?jǐn)嚢杌旌鲜怪ハ鄵胶途鶆蚍植嫉囊坏拦ば。在現(xiàn)代配合飼料工作中,配料-混合系統(tǒng),對飼料廠的生產(chǎn)效率和飼料產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,起著決定性作用。目前市場上使用的臥式雙軸槳葉式混合機(jī)尚存在如下幾個問題:第一,混合機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子主要工作參數(shù)依靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),物料要達(dá)到規(guī)定的混合均勻度耗時較長。第二,混合機(jī)運(yùn)行時因轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動,產(chǎn)生正壓力使得與混合室連通的配料秤精確度不高,回風(fēng)管處產(chǎn)生粉塵物料外溢。第三,出料系統(tǒng)的控制機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,兩扇出料門啟、閉不同步導(dǎo)致漏料嚴(yán)重,可靠性低,且控制程序操作不便。本文針對上述問題,完成了如下方面的研究工作。1.基于物料混合機(jī)理以及混合機(jī)工作質(zhì)量指標(biāo)要求,采用理論分析與現(xiàn)場實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,對30t/h SSHJ型臥式雙軸槳葉式混合機(jī)的混合室及混合機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子主要工作參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),得到充滿系數(shù)φ=0.65的混合室尺寸參數(shù)、最佳轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速為25r/min,混合機(jī)槳葉安裝角度α=32o,并設(shè)計(jì)完成SSHJ3型臥式雙軸槳葉式混合機(jī),有效縮短了達(dá)到規(guī)定混合均勻度的混合時間。2.根據(jù)壓力平衡原理,設(shè)計(jì)混合工藝流程和回風(fēng)管。在投料口處配置獨(dú)立風(fēng)機(jī)及脈沖除塵系統(tǒng),消除混合機(jī)混合時產(chǎn)生的正壓,避免對配料秤稱重精度產(chǎn)生的影響及投料口粉塵物料從進(jìn)料口外溢;設(shè)計(jì)連接機(jī)體式和獨(dú)立式兩種回風(fēng)管以滿足不同混合環(huán)境,有效地配合投料口脈沖除塵系統(tǒng)將混合室和外界連通,使氣流通暢利于提高混合質(zhì)量和效率且回風(fēng)管處物料不外溢。3.基于機(jī)構(gòu)組成原理,設(shè)計(jì)SSHJ3型臥式雙軸混合機(jī)新型出料系統(tǒng)控制機(jī)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)單一氣缸往復(fù)運(yùn)動,機(jī)械控制兩扇出料門的同步開啟及關(guān)閉,簡化了控制程序,提高了安全性。4.運(yùn)用Pro/E構(gòu)建新型出料系統(tǒng)控制機(jī)構(gòu)骨架模型并進(jìn)行運(yùn)動仿真,結(jié)果顯示:當(dāng)氣缸運(yùn)行292.09mm時,雙聯(lián)搖桿轉(zhuǎn)動91.37o,門體托臂聯(lián)動擺桿轉(zhuǎn)動為95.87o和96.52o,通過單一氣缸實(shí)現(xiàn)了雙門聯(lián)動且滿足卸料要求。5.采用有限元方法,對設(shè)計(jì)的新型出料系統(tǒng)控制機(jī)構(gòu)和門體聯(lián)動托臂的強(qiáng)度和剛度進(jìn)行分析。當(dāng)出料系統(tǒng)關(guān)閉時的最大變形為0.3683mm,最大應(yīng)力28.188MPa。分析結(jié)果顯示:出料系統(tǒng)及關(guān)鍵零部件滿足強(qiáng)度和剛度要求,且不會從密封處漏料。
[Abstract]:Mixing is a process in which feed products are mixed with each other and evenly distributed. In the modern feed compounding work, the batch-mixing system plays a decisive role in the production efficiency of feed plant and the quality of feed products. At present, there are several problems in the horizontal two-shaft blade mixer: first, the main working parameters of the rotor of the mixer depend on the experience data, and it takes a long time for the material to achieve the specified mixing uniformity. Second, due to rotor rotation, the mixing machine produces positive pressure, which results in poor accuracy of the balance connected to the mixing chamber and dust spills at the return air pipe. Thirdly, the control mechanism of the discharge system is complex, the two discharge doors open, and the unsynchronously closed leads to serious leakage, low reliability and inconvenient operation of the control program. In order to solve the above problems, this paper has completed the following research work. 1. Based on the material mixing mechanism and the working quality requirements of the mixer, the main working parameters of the mixing chamber and rotor of the 30t/h SSHJ horizontal two-axis blade mixer are optimized by combining the theoretical analysis with the field experiment. The size parameters of mixing chamber with filling coefficient 蠁 0. 65 are obtained. The optimum rotor speed is 25 r / min. The installation angle of the blade of the mixer is 偽-32 o. and the SSHJ3 horizontal two shaft blade mixer is designed, which effectively shortens the mixing time to reach the specified mixing uniformity. According to the principle of pressure balance, the mixing process and return air pipe are designed. An independent fan and a pulse dust removal system are arranged at the feeding port to eliminate the positive pressure generated when the mixer is mixed, and to avoid the influence on the weighing accuracy of the weighing scale and the overflow of the dust material from the feeding port from the inlet; In order to meet different mixing environments, two kinds of return air pipes are designed to connect airframe type and independent type to meet the different mixing environment. The mixing chamber and the outside world are effectively connected with the pulse dust removal system of the feeding port, so that the airflow is smooth to improve the mixing quality and efficiency, and the material at the return duct is not spilt. 3. Based on the principle of mechanism composition, a new type of discharging system control mechanism of SSHJ3 horizontal two-axis mixer is designed, which realizes the reciprocating movement of single cylinder, and mechanically controls the synchronous opening and closing of two discharge doors. It simplifies the control program and improves the safety. The frame model of the control mechanism of the new discharging system is constructed by using Pro/E and the motion simulation is carried out. The results show that: when the cylinder is running 292.09mm, The rotation of double rocker rod is 91.37o. the rotation of door body supporting arm pendulum rod is 95.87o and 96.52o. the double door linkage is realized through a single cylinder and meets the discharge requirement .5. Using finite element method, the strength and stiffness of the control mechanism of the new discharge system and the door body linkage supporting arm are analyzed. When the discharge system is closed, the maximum deformation is 0.3683mm and the maximum stress is 28.188MPa. The analysis results show that the discharge system and key parts meet the requirements of strength and stiffness and do not leak from the seal.
