微生物促生劑發(fā)酵玉米皮生產(chǎn)飼料蛋白研究

【摘要】:以玉米皮為基本碳源,通過單因素和正交試驗,以產(chǎn)朊假絲酵母、啤酒酵母和白地霉聯(lián)合固態(tài)發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)蛋白飼料進(jìn)行了研究。以提高真蛋白含量為主要目的,優(yōu)化得到最佳的發(fā)酵條件為菌液接種量7%,固態(tài)發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基料水比1:1.8(g:m L),發(fā)酵溫度31℃,發(fā)酵時間80 h。在此條件下,真蛋白含量可達(dá)15.6%,是發(fā)酵前的1.94倍。
[Abstract]:The production of protein feed by solid state fermentation of Candida prion, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Trichoderma albicans was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment with corn husk as the basic carbon source.
