四層層疊密閉式本交籠養(yǎng)蛋種雞舍春季環(huán)境參數(shù)測定與相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究四層層疊密閉式本交籠養(yǎng)雞舍春季不同位置舍內(nèi)環(huán)境參數(shù)差異及其相關(guān)性。以四層層疊密閉式本交籠養(yǎng)雞舍為研究對象,每天6∶00~8∶00、12∶00~14∶00和18∶00~20∶00測定蛋雞舍內(nèi)各觀測點風(fēng)速、溫度、相對濕度、光照強(qiáng)度、CO_2濃度和O_2含量環(huán)境參數(shù)。從濕簾端到風(fēng)機(jī)端風(fēng)速和CO_2濃度顯著增加(P0.05),溫度和相對濕度呈逐漸降低趨勢。H_(1.47m)和H_(2.33m)測定點的光照強(qiáng)度、風(fēng)速和溫度顯著高于H_(0.64m)和H_(3.16m)(P0.05),而相對濕度呈相反趨勢(P0.05)。H_(0.64m)和H_(1.47m)的CO_2濃度顯著高于H_(2.33m)和H_(3.16m)(P0.05),而O_2含量則呈相反趨勢(P0.05)。12∶00~14∶00的光照強(qiáng)度、風(fēng)速、溫度和O_2含量顯著高于其它時間段(P0.05),而相對濕度和CO_2濃度則較低(P0.05)。相關(guān)性分析顯示風(fēng)速與溫度、風(fēng)速與O_2含量以及溫度與O_2含量呈顯著正相關(guān),而相對濕度與風(fēng)速、溫度和O_2含量以及CO_2濃度與溫度和O_2含量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。本結(jié)果建議應(yīng)根據(jù)雞舍內(nèi)環(huán)境實際情況以及各個參數(shù)間的相關(guān)性合理調(diào)整飼養(yǎng)管理以提高種雞生產(chǎn)性能和養(yǎng)殖場經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the difference and correlation of environmental parameters in four layers of closed caged chicken coop in spring. In this paper, four layers of closed caged chicken coop were used as the research object. The environmental parameters of wind speed, temperature, relative humidity, light intensity and O _ 2 content in each observation point were measured at 6: 00, 8: 00, 12: 00, 14: 14 and 18: 00, 20: 00, respectively, and the environmental parameters of O _ 2 content were measured. The wind speed and the concentration of CO_2 increased significantly from the wet curtain to the fan end. The temperature and relative humidity decreased gradually. The light intensity of the measuring points was 1.47 m and 2.33 m. The wind speed and temperature are significantly higher than that of Hashmatter 0.64m) and Hashmatter 3.16mP0.05m, while the relative humidity is in the opposite direction; the CO_2 concentration of P0.05U (0.64m) and Hampong 1.47m) is significantly higher than that of H201 2.33m) and HSCH 3.16mP0.05m, while the O2 content shows a reverse trend: P0.05w. 12: 00: 1400 light intensity, wind speed, wind speed, The temperature and the content of O _ 2 were significantly higher than those of other time periods, while the relative humidity and the concentration of CO_2 were lower than those of other periods. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between wind speed and temperature, between wind speed and O _ (2) content, between relative humidity and wind speed, between temperature and O _ (2) content, and between CO_2 concentration and temperature and O _ (2) content. The results suggested that the breeding management should be adjusted reasonably according to the actual conditions in the henhouse and the correlation among the various parameters in order to improve the production performance and the economic benefit of the breeding farm.
