【摘要】：基于成本最小化的假設(shè),利用隨機(jī)前沿成本函數(shù)對(duì)我國(guó)蛋雞養(yǎng)殖業(yè)2004—2014年的成本效率進(jìn)行測(cè)算,結(jié)果表明,小、中、大規(guī)模成本效率分別為0.847、0.863和0.866,存在一定的效率損失,近11年來(lái)效率值呈現(xiàn)先升后降的倒"U"形變化趨勢(shì)。進(jìn)一步分析成本非效率影響因素發(fā)現(xiàn),料蛋比、疾病防疫、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)成本非效率具有顯著正效應(yīng);從養(yǎng)殖戶的角度進(jìn)一步分析發(fā)現(xiàn),專業(yè)戶較非專業(yè)戶具有更高的成本效率。此外,養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模差異并非導(dǎo)致成本效率差異的直接原因。
[Abstract]:Based on the hypothesis of cost minimization, the cost efficiency of the poultry breeding industry in China from 2004 to 2014 was calculated by using the random frontier cost function. The results showed that the small, medium, large-scale cost efficiency was 0.847,0.863 and 0.866 respectively, and there was a certain amount of efficiency loss. In the last 11 years, the rate of efficiency showed an upside down "U" change trend. The factors that affect the cost inefficiency show that the ratio of material and egg, disease prevention and industrial structure have significant positive effect on the cost inefficiency. From the point of view of the farmers, it is found that the professional households have higher cost efficiency than non professional households. In addition, the difference in scale of culture is not the direct cause of the difference of cost efficiency.
