【摘要】：對分離到的一株疑似犬種布魯氏菌進(jìn)行生物特性和基因型鑒定,并用宿主實(shí)驗(yàn)動物(比格犬)測定了最小感染量和脾含菌量。形態(tài)與染色特性、培養(yǎng)特性、血清學(xué)特性、生化特性鑒定以及Multi-PCR和16S rRNA測序結(jié)果表明,該分離株為犬種布魯氏菌,其對比格犬的最小感染劑量為10~5 CFU/m L,對應(yīng)的脾含菌量為4×10~5~3×10~6 CFU/g。
[Abstract]:The biological characteristics and genotypes of a suspected canine brucella strain were identified and the minimal infection and spleen bacterial content were determined by the host laboratory animal (Beagle dog). The results of morphological and staining characteristics, culture characteristics, serological characteristics, biochemical characteristics and Multi-PCR and 16s rRNA sequencing showed that the strain was Brucella canis, and the minimum infection dose to beagle was 105 CFU/m / L, and the corresponding spleen contained 4 脳 10 ~ (5) ~ (5) C ~ (-1) C ~ (-1) C ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ 3 脳 10 ~ (-6) CFU ~ (-1) 路g.
