【摘要】：為了解不同年齡山羊胃腸道乳酸菌種類的差異,試驗對2月齡斷奶羔羊、8月齡和2歲山羊瘤胃刮取物及回腸黏膜刮取物中的乳酸菌進行了分離,并鑒定了不同年齡山羊乳酸菌的種類。結(jié)果表明:從2月齡斷奶羔羊瘤胃刮取物中分離到巴黎鏈球菌,回腸黏膜刮取物中分離到屎腸球菌;8月齡山羊瘤胃刮取物中分離到巴黎鏈球菌、耐久腸球菌和彎曲乳桿菌,回腸黏膜刮取物中分離到屎腸球菌和腸膜明串珠菌;從2歲山羊瘤胃刮取物中分離到巴黎鏈球菌、耐久腸球菌、戊糖片球菌、海氏腸球菌、鶉雞腸球菌,回腸黏膜刮取物中分離到屎腸球菌、腸膜明串珠菌和糞腸球菌。說明隨著山羊年齡的增加,瘤胃黏膜和回腸黏膜中乳酸菌的種類增加,可從較大年齡山羊分離鑒定的乳酸菌中篩選出作為益生菌的菌株用以研究和開發(fā)山羊微生態(tài)制劑供羔羊使用。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the different types of lactic acid bacteria in gastrointestinal tract of goats of different ages, the two month old weaned lambs were isolated from rumen scraping and ileal mucosal scraping. The species of lactic acid bacteria in goats of different ages were identified. The results showed that Streptococcus Paris was isolated from rumen scraping of 2-month-old weaned lambs and Streptococcus faecium from 8-month-old goat rumen scraping was isolated from ileal mucosal scraping, and Streptococcus mutans, Enterococcus durum and Lactobacillus campylobacter were isolated from the rumen scrapes of weaned lambs at 2 months old. Enterococcus faecium and Streptococcus enteromembranus were isolated from ileal mucosal scraping, and Streptococcus Paris, Enterococcus duris, Staphylococcus pentose, Enterococcus hepari and Enterococcus quail were isolated from rumen scraping of 2-year-old goat. Enterococcus faecium, Streptococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecalis were isolated from ileal mucosal scraping. The results showed that the species of lactic acid bacteria in rumen mucosa and ileum mucosa increased with the increase of goat age. Strains of lactic acid bacteria isolated and identified from older goats as probiotics can be used to study and develop goat microecological preparations for use by lambs.
