我國屠宰場動物疫病風險評估指標體系的構建

【摘要】:邀請16個地區(qū)的40位專家作為調查對象,運用德爾菲法進行4輪函詢,建立了屠宰場動物疫病風險評估指標體系,其中一級指標7個、二級指標46個。建立的屠宰場動物疫病風險評估指標體系,涵蓋屠宰場選址、布局、建設,待宰動物管理,生物安全措施,屠宰檢疫,人員與內部管理等方面。研究構建的我國屠宰場動物疫病風險評估指標體系,為監(jiān)管機構和管理相對人客觀評價屠宰場動物疫病風險狀況提供評價依據,為屠宰場實施動物疫病風險管理提供依據,并為降低屠宰場動物疫病發(fā)生、傳播風險提供依據與對策。
[Abstract]:40 experts from 16 regions were invited to carry out four rounds of inquiry with Delphi method, and the risk assessment index system of animal epidemic disease in slaughterhouse was established, of which 7 were first-class indexes and 46 second-class indexes. The risk assessment index system of slaughterhouse animal epidemic disease is established, which includes slaughterhouse location, layout, construction, animal management, biosafety, slaughtering and quarantine, personnel and internal management, etc. The risk assessment index system of animal epidemic disease in slaughterhouse of our country is studied and constructed, which provides the evaluation basis for supervising organization and relative person to evaluate the risk of animal epidemic disease of slaughterhouse objectively, and provides the basis for implementing risk management of animal epidemic disease in slaughterhouse. And provide the basis and countermeasure for reducing the occurrence of animal epidemic and spreading risk in slaughterhouse.
