【摘要】：邀請(qǐng)16個(gè)地區(qū)的40位專家作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,運(yùn)用德?tīng)柗品ㄟM(jìn)行4輪函詢,建立了屠宰場(chǎng)動(dòng)物疫病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,其中一級(jí)指標(biāo)7個(gè)、二級(jí)指標(biāo)46個(gè)。建立的屠宰場(chǎng)動(dòng)物疫病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,涵蓋屠宰場(chǎng)選址、布局、建設(shè),待宰動(dòng)物管理,生物安全措施,屠宰檢疫,人員與內(nèi)部管理等方面。研究構(gòu)建的我國(guó)屠宰場(chǎng)動(dòng)物疫病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,為監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)和管理相對(duì)人客觀評(píng)價(jià)屠宰場(chǎng)動(dòng)物疫病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀況提供評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù),為屠宰場(chǎng)實(shí)施動(dòng)物疫病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供依據(jù),并為降低屠宰場(chǎng)動(dòng)物疫病發(fā)生、傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提供依據(jù)與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:40 experts from 16 regions were invited to carry out four rounds of inquiry with Delphi method, and the risk assessment index system of animal epidemic disease in slaughterhouse was established, of which 7 were first-class indexes and 46 second-class indexes. The risk assessment index system of slaughterhouse animal epidemic disease is established, which includes slaughterhouse location, layout, construction, animal management, biosafety, slaughtering and quarantine, personnel and internal management, etc. The risk assessment index system of animal epidemic disease in slaughterhouse of our country is studied and constructed, which provides the evaluation basis for supervising organization and relative person to evaluate the risk of animal epidemic disease of slaughterhouse objectively, and provides the basis for implementing risk management of animal epidemic disease in slaughterhouse. And provide the basis and countermeasure for reducing the occurrence of animal epidemic and spreading risk in slaughterhouse.
