【摘要】：本試驗旨在探討不同劑量復方中草藥添加劑對圍產(chǎn)期奶牛的生產(chǎn)性能及生殖激素等指標的影響。按照預產(chǎn)期、胎次和泌乳量相近的原則,選取24頭圍產(chǎn)前期荷斯坦奶牛,將其隨機分為4組(每組6個重復,每個重復1頭)。Ⅰ組飼喂基礎飼糧,試驗組每頭分別在基礎飼糧中添加100、200、300 g/d的復方中草藥制劑,從產(chǎn)前21 d到產(chǎn)后21 d連續(xù)添加,正式期42 d。結果表明:(1)復方中草藥添加劑可顯著提高奶牛的干物質采食量(P0.05)。而產(chǎn)前7 d至分娩,Ⅱ組、Ⅲ組、Ⅳ組的干物質采食量分別比Ⅰ組高9%、20%、7%(P0.05),且Ⅲ組比Ⅱ組和Ⅳ組分別高出9%和11.6%,差異達到顯著水平(P0.05)。(2)復方中草藥添加劑組圍產(chǎn)期奶牛的日產(chǎn)奶量和乳成分有顯著提高(P0.05)。并且Ⅲ組、Ⅳ組奶牛的日平均產(chǎn)奶量較Ⅱ組分別提高了5%和6%(P0.05),但Ⅲ組、IV組無顯著差異;各處理組的干物質含量分別提高0.46%、0.48%、0.53%(P0.05),乳糖含量分別提高0.02%、0.08%、0.12%(P0.05);Ⅲ組和Ⅳ組奶牛乳蛋白率分別提高0.08%、0.07%(P0.05)。(3)復方中草藥對奶牛血清中E2、FSH、LH含量具有一定的調控作用,能緩解由E2劇烈變化引起的生理應激。由此可見,中草藥復方添加劑能有效提高圍產(chǎn)期奶牛干物質采食量、產(chǎn)奶量及乳品質,且能調節(jié)生殖激素,穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)后生殖機能恢復。且每頭以200 g/d劑量添加效果最佳。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different dosages of Chinese herbal medicine additives on perinatal performance and reproductive hormones of dairy cows.According to the principle of similar birth date, birth order and lactation quantity, 24 Holstein cows in pre-perinatal period were randomly divided into 4 groups (6 replicates in each group and 1 in each repeats).
