【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在研究日糧中添加酵母培養(yǎng)物對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長性能、腹瀉率、糞便微生物菌群數(shù)量和血液指標(biāo)的影響。選取144頭體重為(7.46±0.52)kg、健康的杜×長×大三元雜交斷奶仔豬,隨機(jī)分配到對(duì)照組(飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧)和3個(gè)不同添加水平的酵母培養(yǎng)物組(添加量分別為0.25%、0.50%和0.75%),每個(gè)處理6個(gè)重復(fù)(圈),每個(gè)重復(fù)6頭仔豬。試驗(yàn)期為28 d。結(jié)果表明:隨著日糧中酵母培養(yǎng)物添加量的增加,顯著改善了試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)仔豬的末重(線性,P0.05),提高了在試驗(yàn)15~28 d仔豬的平均日增重和采食量(線性,P0.05)以及在試驗(yàn)全期的日增重和采食量(線性和二次,P0.05);不同添加水平的酵母培養(yǎng)物組均有效改善了仔豬不同階段的腹瀉發(fā)生率,增加了糞便中乳酸桿菌的數(shù)量(線性和二次,P0.05),減少大腸桿菌數(shù)(線性,P0.05);同時(shí),降低了血液中尿素氮的水平(線性,P0.05)。綜上所述,日糧中添加酵母培養(yǎng)物能夠顯著提高斷奶仔豬的生長性能,降低腹瀉發(fā)生率,并改善腸道微生態(tài)區(qū)系和血液生化指標(biāo),其中0.50%的添加效果最好。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of yeast culture on growth performance, diarrhea rate, fecal microflora and blood index of weaned piglets.144 weanling piglets with a body weight of 7.46 鹵0.52 kg were selected.They were randomly assigned to the control group (fed basal diet) and three yeast culture groups with different supplementation levels (0.250.50% and 0.75% respectively).The experimental period is 28 days.The results showed that: with the increase of yeast culture in diet,The average daily gain and feed intake of piglets at the end of the experiment (linear P0. 05) and the average daily gain and feed intake (linear P0. 05) of piglets at 1528 days were significantly improved, and the daily gain and intake (linear and secondary) of piglets during the whole trial period (linear and quadratic P0. 05) were improved significantly. Different water was added to the piglets.The incidence of diarrhea in different stages of piglets was significantly improved in the yeast culture group.The number of lactobacillus in feces was increased (linear and secondary P 0.05), the number of Escherichia coli was decreased (P 0.05), and the level of urea nitrogen in blood was decreased (P 0.05).To sum up, dietary yeast culture could significantly improve the growth performance of weaned piglets, reduce the incidence of diarrhea, and improve intestinal microecological flora and blood biochemical index, among which 0.50% of the supplementation effect was the best.
