卷簾開度對奶牛舍溫濕環(huán)境影響研究

【摘要】:為了確定高寒地區(qū)冬季帶有卷簾的自然通風(fēng)密閉式奶牛舍內(nèi)部溫濕度場的分布情況,研究了不同卷簾開度下,牛舍內(nèi)溫濕度場的分布情況。進(jìn)而對現(xiàn)有牛舍不同舍外溫度下的的卷簾開度提出合理化建議及理論依據(jù)。在對黑龍江省齊齊哈爾市克東縣飛鶴牧業(yè)克東原生態(tài)牧場牛舍氣流進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場實測的基礎(chǔ)上,采用計算流體動力學(xué)CFD(Computational FluidDynamic)方法,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實測值和相關(guān)參數(shù)查詢,對高寒地區(qū)冬季奶牛舍某一時刻的溫濕度場進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,模擬結(jié)果表明,使用CFD對牛舍內(nèi)溫、濕度場模擬是可行的。舍外空氣進(jìn)入牛舍后,在與牛體周圍空氣進(jìn)行熱質(zhì)交換后,溫度升高近6℃,相對濕度增大至91%以上。在熱壓的作用下,由出口排出,在帶走水蒸氣的同時帶走了大量的熱,,是導(dǎo)致牛舍內(nèi)溫度偏低的主要原因,F(xiàn)有的牛生活區(qū)域平均溫度在-15℃,相對濕度在91%以上,屬于低溫高濕的環(huán)境。對奶牛的產(chǎn)奶性能有一定的影響,應(yīng)通過增大送風(fēng)量或增設(shè)其它采暖設(shè)施改善現(xiàn)有環(huán)境。通過測試和查閱資料,確定了影響牛舍內(nèi)空氣流場的因素。通過140不同工況下的模擬,繪制了相對濕度隨著溫度變化所對應(yīng)的最佳卷簾開度的變化曲線圖。本文的創(chuàng)新之處:以往模擬時邊界條件參數(shù)選取的是設(shè)計值,但是受材料和施工等各種因素的影響,這些參數(shù)的理論值和建成后的實際值相差很大。本課題中所需要的設(shè)計參數(shù)均采用現(xiàn)場實測值,使結(jié)果更加精確。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the distribution of temperature and humidity field in the closed dairy cattle shed with natural ventilation in winter in high and cold regions, the distribution of temperature and humidity field in the cowshed was studied under different roll opening degrees.Furthermore, the rational suggestions and theoretical basis are put forward for the rolling curtain opening of the existing cowshed under different temperature outside the shed.Based on the field measurement of the airflow of Kedong Eco-pasture in Kedong County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD(Computational) method was used to inquire the field measured values and related parameters.The temperature and humidity field of dairy cattle in winter in alpine area was simulated. The simulation results showed that it was feasible to use CFD to simulate the internal temperature and humidity field of dairy cattle.After entering the cowshed, the temperature increased by 6 鈩
